I stayed here with my kids for one night. We booked a deluxe twin bedroom. Upon arrival in the afternoon, we immediately checked out the swimming pool on the 6th floor. It was spacious and clean. My kids had a great time swimming here.

The comfort was okay, with a welcome drink and snacks. The service was fast and friendly. However, the room was a bit cramped, and the sink was outside, so if you washed your hands, brushed your teeth, etc., the water would flow onto the floor. The bathroom was partitioned off, making it a bit cramped, making it difficult to get towels and other toiletries. There was also no cup to put your toothbrush in.

Please fix the parking, there isn't any. We're told to park across from the hotel. If you're building a hotel, you should have a parking lot ready first. The rooms are cramped, the toilet and shower are cramped, the rooms aren't soundproof, and there's a lot of noise from outside. The pool is okay for kids, but they don't provide towels for swimming. The food is pretty good, but there's not much variety.

Checking in early is not allowed, the receptionist is in a restaurant, there is no sofa to wait, you are told to wait in the smoking room.

The location is close to the city center, and the rooms are very minimalist. I got a room with a leaking shower pipe, but luckily it was still usable. The staff and security were friendly, but parking was a bit tricky because the parking area is far from the hotel.

The hotel is okay. It's a very smart hotel, really. The only thing they could do is add something to the breakfast, like pempek or something else. The menu isn't extensive, though. Overall, it's okay, but solid.

The field manager's SOP is very bad. Customers are made uncomfortable. Imagine a new hotel manager in Palembang who lacks communication and manners (that's really embarrassing). The previous manager was still good, his manners and communication were very pleasant to hear & we as guests were welcomed comfortably & politely. This was my fourth stay here. For some reason, the service was incredibly rude, and I just didn't like it. Everything else was excellent. The breakfast was top-notch.
