Aloft as the name suggests is high above expectation.. 4 stars but feels like a 6 star.. Aloft really suits its name.. Above other hotels in terms of quality.

Everything was great and comfortable. The only problem was that the refrigerator wasn't working. When I told the staff, they quickly checked it and found the problem. I wanted to replace it, but I checked out the next day. The telephone wasn't like other hotels. It was a bit complicated to use without clear instructions.

Close to my event at ITS and attached to Pakuwon Mall. Nice room, a lot of food varieties for breakfast. I got a room which was facing Suramadu Bridge. Hotel staff helped me to find a taxi to the airport while there was a fun run inside the hotel parking area on Sunday.

My first time staying at Aloft, the service was excellent, especially at the Vibe Restaurant, which I've never experienced before, even in a 5-star hotel. I was impressed by the friendliness of the entire restaurant staff. All the chefs, especially Chef Richie, were so kind and warmly attentive to our guests. They offered menu items we might have wanted, even simple items (cake, omelet, coffee, juice) for takeout. The menu was varied and the flavors were very soft and delicious. My favorite food: Chef Richie's Pontianak eggs👍 They also really care about the children; my son even received a gift (a doll) from the staff. This touched me and made me want to continue staying at Aloft. I will continue to come to this hotel. Thanks for the excellent service

A very comfortable 4-star hotel in the East area. The vibe was perfect for us, right next to the mall and Shanghai Park. The rooms were comfortable, the lobby smelled nice, the breakfast was varied, and the staff was friendly. The hotel reportedly opened in August 2025. Can't wait to stay at Aloft again 🥰

I had a great stay at the A-Loft Pakuwon City hotel. It's a new hotel and everything feels good there. Cyko was very friendly and helpfull. And the chef from the restaurant Mahda came to my table every morning to ask if everything was ok. She made nasi goreng kecombrang for me.The customer service in this hotel is perfect.I would recomment this hotel if you stay in Surabaya. I will come back here for sure the next time. Carl
