The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful and kind. However, the hotel itself is poorly designed. To start, there is terrible ventilation in the guest rooms. My room was stuffy and uncomfortable the whole time, and I can’t imagine how much worse it could have been for anyone struggling with the altitude in Cusco as well. The showers were also terrible. There is nothing at the bottom of the shower that prevents the water leaking out of the shower so we had to build a dam of towels to prevent the whole bathroom from flooding. The shower temperature was also finicky - it was lukewarm and then would randomly switch to hot. It should not be that difficult to get a consistently hot shower for anyone staying here. Lastly, some of the rooms are designed so they face inward to the hotel restaurant and lobby. If you have one of these rooms, you have no privacy or have to keep the window shades down the whole time and stay in a dark room with no natural light. Overall, as much as I appreciated the staff and the service,I would not recommend this hotel to others. Poorly designed, and I did not enjoy my stay

The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The food and service was great too.

It’s located walking distance to plaza. Breakfast is great! Vegetarian options for lunch and dinner are limited. The staff on the day I arrived told me that cab ride to the airport will be 10 soles. I booked my cab ride the next day and driver charged me 25 soles. Please be cautious when you are booking cab rides with the hotel.

This boutique hotel is located in one of the cutest areas in Cusco. If you want a warm feeling of Peru this is the place. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel offers good value for the price. The property is relatively new, clean, and well-maintained, with several comfortable lounge areas in the lobby. The staff were consistently kind, helpful, and accommodating throughout my stay. The location is decent, about a 17-minute walk from Plaza de Armas. One drawback is that some tour operators may not offer hotel pickup from this location, which was an issue for one of my booked tours. Rooms are modern and comfortable, but if you’re assigned a room near the elevator or open atrium area, noise can be noticeable at times. Amenities are somewhat limited, with a jacuzzi being the main recreational feature. Check-in was not entirely smooth, as my room was not ready at the advertised 3:00 PM check-in time and I had to wait. Breakfast offered a fair variety of options, although there were no made-to-order items. One area that could be improved is the shower experience. Water pressure was fairly weak, and the hot water was inconsistent at times. The hotel was very accommodating with luggage storage, which was especially helpful for my late flight. Overall, despite a few minor inconveniences, I found this hotel to be a good choice and would consider staying here again, particularly given the value offered for the price.

I stayed for two nights at Hampton by Hilton. Complimentary bottled water was provided only on the first day and was not replenished afterward. While many Hampton properties have upgraded to liquid soap dispensers, this hotel still uses individual toiletries, which I actually appreciated. Basic amenities were somewhat limited. Coffee and tea were available during breakfast hours, but not afterward unless you used the supplies provided in the room, which were not of the same quality as those in the breakfast area. The rooms are also quite small and may feel cramped, especially if more than one person is staying in the room. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but the limited amenities and small room size left room for improvement.

We had requested a quiet room away from elevators with an outside view for our honeymoon. The hotel had reached back out to us prior to our arrival to confirm our request would be accommodated. Upon arrival, we were assigned a room that had an inside view of the lobby and was next to elevators (noisy). Moreover, we had to wait to get our room because we had arrived slightly earlier than the check-in time and were told our room was being cleaned. Our room was dirty (hair/dust on the ground) and the A/C did not work well. There is no gym or pool. The hot tub had a weird smell. The amenities are subpar. The location was good, but overall, would not recommend this hotel.

The room was very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. I had trouble adjusting to the high altitude and the staff were so considerate and did that they could to help me feel better. A great place to start our trip to Peru!

Perfect place to stay in Cusco

Hampton Cusco is conveniently located next to Wanchaq train station. The staff are very friendly and always put on the brightest smile. The room is spacious and clean. My room also got a pretty nice view too. The breakfast has decent selection of hot and cold items, with 2 hot dishes rotating daily. I enjoyed my stay overall.
