We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect — right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of great restaurants and sites. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, and everything was spotless. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed for a night at Hotel Avdissons in December 25 and couldn’t recommend it enough. The rooms were spacious and clean, the hotel was well situated, but the best thing about the hotel was how friendly and helpful all the staff were throughout.

Excellent Stay in Prizren! Visited from Boston and Tirana with my family, and we had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the beautiful city of Prizren. Everything from check-in to breakfast was seamless. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back again next time we’re in the city. Highly recommended!

Very friendly welcome, clean and spacious room (we had a king bed) with a great bathroom with spacious countertop. Very convenient location with a free parking garage below. We were greeted with a big smile for the complimentary breakfast downstairs and asked how we would like our eggs. They were perfection. The buffet was well stocked, the coffee was plentiful and the space was very comfortable. We really loved our stay here and was recommended by Ruby Hotel (another fine establishment) in Pristina. The entire staff was wonderful and very accommodating.

The staff is amazing here! so incredibly friendly and helpful! They literally walked me around old town, giving me restaurant recommendations. Very clean, hotel prime location in Prizren. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you to the lovely Miss Exhi and staff!

Beautiful hotel right in the heart of Prizren. Spacious family room -extremely clean and modern. The u derground patking is a huge plus in Prizren -note out sarnav took us the wrong way through the stressful busy streets at first -access is straightforward if you go right way so check beforehand. There is a very noisy bar with loud music but this had quietened doen at 23.30 on Sat night. Lovely varied breakfast. Great fir families and right in heart of centre.

We booked 5 rooms for the whole family at Avdissons Hotel. It was a great stay! The place is very accessible (including wheelchair access), and it's super close to lots of restaurants. Perfect location for exploring Prizren. Would definitely stay again.

主要な観光地、レストランが徒歩数分圏内にある超好立地です。 一番良かったことは、レセプショニストのAngelが非常に感じがよくフレンドリーで、質問すると親切丁寧に答えてくれたことです。彼女のおかげでこのホテルの滞在が満足度が上がりました。 他のスタッフもリクエストや質問には答えてくれて感謝しています。しかし感じが良いものとは言えなかったので、全てAngelがいる時にお願いするようにしました。 例えば、2枚目のルームキーと、ティッシュペーパー(トイレットペーパーではない)が欲しいとお願いしました。これは他のホテルでもデフォルトでない場合に、あればお願いするリクエストです。しかし男性スタッフは、何のために必要なのか？と少し高圧的な態度で何度も質問しました。説明を始めましたが、他の女性スタッフと話して全く私の話を聞かず、「私の話を聞いてくれませんか？と言うとあなたが質問したので答えているのです。」と言うと、彼はイライラしました。ゲストに質問しておきながら他のスタッフと会話して話を聞かないのも失礼です。私は常識的なリクエストをして、理由を説明したまでです。私は何も失礼なことを彼らにしていませんが、どうしてあんなな失礼なのでしょうか。 女性スタッフがティッシュペーパーを部屋に持ってきてくれて助かりましたたが、お礼を言うと「これでいいんでしょ？」とため息をつきながら言われて、私はそんなに過剰なリクエストをしたかなという気分にさせられました。そしてシャワーのお湯が出なかったり、部屋の掃除が不十分(机の上に砂糖が大量にこぼれていた)に対して謝罪もありませんでした。 残念だったのは顧客対応だけではありません。設備も不十分でした。バスタオルは物によって汚れがついていたり、古くてかなり硬くなっていたりしました。シーツはかなり毛羽立ちがあるためスムーズな食感はなく、寝心地はよくありませんでした。これは三ツ星以下の古いホテルの物よりも悪いです。3日目の朝にシャワーを浴びるとお湯が出ませんでした。冷水ではなかったものの震えながらシャワーを浴びました。 ホテルはできてからまだ1年未満のようで、見るからに新しく、インテリアも高級感が素敵でした。ホスピタリティー、清掃、メンテナンスを根本的に改善すれば、四つ星ホテルとしての価値があるホテルになれると思います。せっかく新しくて綺麗なホテルだけに残念です。 私は今回初めてコソボを旅しましたが、コソボの人は非常に親切な人たちです。それだけにまさかこのホテルの顧客対応でがっかりするとは思いましませんでした。このホテルは四つ星ですが、他のヨーロッパのホテル、コソボでもプリシュティナの四つ星ホテルと比べると、ほぼ全ての点で劣っていました。正直三ツ星レベル相当です。そう思って行った方ががっかりせず済みます。私は自分の国と比較して厳しく評価しているわけではありません。今まで70ヵ国を旅して、ほとんどのヨーロッパを訪問しています。設備については他の四つ星ホテルとは比較にならないレベルで、ほとんどの三ツ星ホテルの方が上でした。外見は素晴らしいホテルなので、設備や清掃、スタッフのホスピタリティーが改善すれば、四つ星ホテルになると思います。 レセプションのAngelと、ハウスキーパーのボスニア人女性2人は非常に親切で感じがよく、彼らのおかげで笑顔になりました。ありがとうございました。

Muito bem localizado

Gunstig gelegen hotel , maar zeker geen 4 sterren waard om de volgende redenen : airconditioning werkte niet ( stond in de verwarming stand ) , kreeg te horen dat ik het raam maar open moest doen .Uiteraard kreeg je het geluid van de straat er “ gratis “ bij . Helaas bleef het veel te warm in de kamer ( boven de 25 graden , begin april ) . Dan de douche, hier was slechts een half wandje ( schijnt modern te zijn) , maar heel de badkamer werd nat en glad. Ook miste ik een stoel in de kamer . Je moest nu altijd op het ( hoge) bed gaan zitten. Als laatste het ontbijt ; dit was redelijk , maar bood vrijwel geen keuze . Bijvoorbeeld 1 soort brood.

O quarto é muito grande e confortável, café da manhã excelente, a localização do hotel é perfeita, no centro velho de Prizren e perto de todas as atrações para visitar, porém o que mais nos impressionou, foi a atenção da equipe, em expecial, do atendente Agron, que foi extremamente atencioso. Super indico esse hotel.
