Breakfast was great

Room was great! High ceilings even above ground floor rooms. Very clean, modern and bright. The staff were just kinda there. No acknowledgement coming through the lobby. Didn't really feel welcome.

Iliyah from Billing is very helpful and accommodating and the manager from Element Downtown, Gurvinder was considerate enough to let us have a complimentary valet parking as I told them I was not aware that its not yet included on thaw rate as I already prepaid our stay there due to my son’s basketball tournament. We booked on a third party (Expedia). He was kind enough to understand my situation as a mom on a limited budget. Had a wonderful stay. Breakfast is superb!

I’d highly recommend this place, staff was so helpful & nice. The rooms were massive and spotless. Location was perfect & it was super quiet! 10/10

Friendly and helpful staff cleared up a booking error in no time, and got me into a clean and spacious room. Lovely place, great location!

Overall experience was excellent, the property was above our expectations from room size and quality, friendly helpful stall to breakfast services and choice.

Modern and updated, super clean rooms. I'm picky about my hotels but this was a fantastic stay! Had complementary tea in the lobby too. The only downside would be how difficult parking is, especially when you're first trying to check in, but once valet takes over they're pretty quick with it.

Every person who works at this place is exceptionally kind and helpful. Every time I needed assistance, there was always someone with a big smile ready to help me. I stayed there for two weeks and will most certainly return. Thank you.

The rooms and the location are definitely worth it, the staff seem to be friendly but slightly inexperienced
