Stayed here for a night in Da Lat. Room was great, no AC since the area’s already cold but when I tried to turn the fan on, it didn’t work. Rented a motorbike from them (Full day, 150k VND) but they kept my passport as collateral? 😐 Overall okay if you’re on a quick trip.

The female staff are very friendly but the male receptionist is not friendly at all.

My family stayed in a sea view room on the 6th floor, the room was clean, the equipment worked smoothly. The design style was unique. It's just a pity that there was no phone charging socket around the bed area, so it was a bit inconvenient. The magnetic card door lock worked well. The elevator was fast. The receptionist was cute, supported early check-in and late check-out (with a small fee) very enthusiastically. Next to the hotel, there was a place to rent motorbikes by the day, which was quite convenient, only 150k/day (new AB motorbike). Walking to the beach was quite close, with many amenities around. Will prioritize booking here when returning to Nha Trang.

The hotel is in Japanese style, so it is quite unique and different from other hotels. The staff will take guests to check in, take care of them attentively and thoughtfully. Even if I forgot my key in the room, they were still happy to help 🫶🏻 I booked 3 rooms with a city view, which was quite good, but when the sun rose, the curtains would not cover it all, so it was difficult to sleep because of the sunlight. The bathroom and shower were okay, fully equipped. Because it was just put into operation, there were still some shortcomings but not big ones (for example, the door was a bit difficult for me to open). In short, the hotel is very good, 9/10 🫰🏻
