Budget hotel, the shower is too low, must sit or bend. The aircon is leaking, we must put a garbage can to retain the water. But the others are good.

My two-night stay here was very satisfying. The staff was friendly, the room was cleaned daily, it was close to public transportation, easy to find food, there was an ironing room, a water dispenser, and an elevator. I'll be staying here again next time.

I found a bed bug in one of the bed covers in our room, number 104. It was an unpleasant experience, but thankfully we were only there for a day. But the entertainment was good, with a TV with YouTube and Netflix.

Our stay here was truly delightful. Just walk out the door and you'll find Jl. Alor (the culinary center), and there are plenty of vendors selling souvenirs. My husband and I will definitely stay here again if we ever visit Kuala Lumpur again. The receptionist and hotel staff were very friendly and spoke Indonesian. This hotel is simply the best.
