Was good

Easy to walk to the historic center.

Everything was amazing from the customer service to the architecture to everything that followed after that. I definitely recommend staying there and I would gladly stay there again.

Gorgeous building, beautiful room, super clean, great staff and breakfast was delicious in the wonderful courtyard. Rooftop area was fab, even if it was off season and the bar wasn't open.

Hotel is very nice but a recent change in ownership meant they were short staffed - buffett breakfast hotelwebsite & Expedia mentions on weekends doesn't exist, bar closed - something we were excited to visit. First room AC not working but the pleasant, helpful staff moved us to a new room . Very comfortable and clean.

The rooms need more fresh air. When they are not taken. Doors could be let opened to get fresh air go though it.

Everyone was very nice and our room was very clean. If you want a unique stay hotel casa azuil was a great pick for me and my wife. I will definitely be going back.

We stayed 2 nights in Puebla at the Casa Azulai and found it to be well beyond our expectations. The building is beautifully designed around an old Spanish era premises with the internal courtyard just perfect for relaxing with coffee before the day began or with a drink in the early evening. Our room was large and very comfortable. The location was perfect for us to explore Puebla - easy walking distance to all the central historic area - especially the amazing ceramic workshops and nearby markets. The staff were very helpful and we felt very looked after. We hope to return again.

The property is nice and quiet at night . My family enjoyed the stay . All the staff was nice nd try to help us as much as they could.

Vasa Azulái is a beautiful hotel Boutique in downtown Puebla. The hotel is charming and beautifully decorated! Personnel is very helpful and prompt to attend any request! Gustavo was super friendly helped me locate a beauty salon near the hotel, even by going and aski g them how much they charged.

Beautiful boutique hotel

El hotel es muy bonito y las instalaciones estan limpias y comodas, el personal es super amable y siempre te ayudan a resolver y dan recomendaciones, lo unico que no me gusto fue que el estacionamento esta cruzando la calle, el hotel tiene valet pero si no te gusta usar esos servicios tienes que ir, estacionarlo y regresar al hotel, tambien mi cuarto se quedo sin agua los 2 dias que estuve ahi, el personal ayudo a resolverlo pero aun asi creo que deberian de poner mas atencion en eso, en general esta super bien, si regresaria

Staff was very attentive

Overall, my experience here was good. Therefore, I would stay here again. The property was clean and comfortable. There is an elevator so accessible to people across floors. If you like to get your steps in there are also stairs. I will say that the problems I encountered included the fact that the shower was accumplating too much water on the floor (taking a very long time to go though) and that the main doors to get into the hotel closed early so you will have to knock to be let in after night hours. Other than that there is a convenience store not to far and you are located near the artesanías, so its walkable.
