The hotel has parking area and the staff were very friendly, the room were clean but because of the terrain there were too many stairs

Rooms were great. Great view. The Staff, Johny and Monserrat, were awesome. We had a grest stay thanks to them.

The staff was great. The room was nice enough for the price. The owner wae amazing and offered us a room.change closer to the front desk due to my uncle having a knee injury. Whats a great guy. If you have mobility issues this place(actually this town) willl be tough due to the way it is designed. The office is down a few stairs, the its the restaurant and the rooms are further down. The location is a good 10 minute downhill walk to the center of town. The town is beautiful and charming. Overall, geeat experience and will visit again.

Lugar céntrico y cómodo para conocer el centro. Mi único desilusión fue mi habitación. Pues no era la misma de las fotos. Me hospedé ahí solo por las fotos de la habitación. Pero el resto estuvo bien. Muy serviciales.

El hotel es rústico como era esperado en un pueblo mágico, tenemos que felicitar al personal excelente, sin embargo creemos que para las estrellas con las que tiene categorizado el hotel no es comparativo con las amenidades que le faltan y algun acondicionamiento por ejemplo para bajar a las habitaciones hay que bajar una rampa y nosotros llevamos a una persona de la tercera edad y es complicado. Por otro lado el tour que nos recomendaron estuvo muy elevado el costo para lo que fue la actividad además de que tuvimos ciertos inconvenientes por ejemplo el traslado en una parte del tour tuvo que ser en un taxi muy destartalado, además de que no nos incluyó por ejemplo las fotografías que ofrecían y tuvimos que regresar al siguiente día para concluirlo porque el día que lo contratamos ya no nos dio tiempo de terminarlo

Amables, servicio para tours y localización para el precio del hotel muy bien, solo algo q no le agrado muchas hormigas en el cuarto

El hotel está muy bien, muy limpio y buena atención, en general todo el día, pero principalmente al amanecer, es muy agradable el sonido de las aves que hay en los alrededores.
