Very bad service :( The condition of the room is very dirty. The bathroom smells of urine and the floor is all yellow. The sheets and pillowcases are dirty. I tried to complain via WA but there was no response and I had to come to get a response. We added 2 people (Rp. 200,000) and didn't get anything if we didn't ask.

The service is friendly, and quite comfortable too.

While there's no room service, such as for main meals, the location is quite close to several dining options. The service and responsiveness of the staff are top-notch. I left some personal items at the hotel, and with the staff's help, they were able to get them delivered to me. Overall, I'm satisfied with the staff's responsiveness.

The room is clean, the service is okay, the parking is spacious, the vehicle is safe

The place is comfortable, clean, and security is maintained.
