The hotel is beautiful But the parking is a problem..we had to park in the street, get a ticket then pay the ticket fee to the hotel..never experienced something like that

Nice and cozy room. Everything looks brand new. Nice, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is included. We unfortunately spent only an evening there cause had to go home the following day. The reception went out of their ways and prepared us something to bring along early in the morning at 5:30 am!, Thk you boutique HOH. We will certainly come back again.

You won’t find a more perfect stay in Zagreb.

this is a beautifully designed boutique hotel with the warmest hospitality and customer service. We arrived late and the night attendant parked our car in our parking garage for us, and the owner went to retrieve it the next day. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and it was in a great location right by the old town. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. It’s absolutely wonderful!

I loved every detail, including the theme of Croatian writers and artists, along with displays of original publications in the lobby and prints of their works decorating the walls. The location is peaceful and lovely. I had a sweet little private terrace in the Zagorka room.

Lovely small hotel with amazing breakfast and attentive, friendly staff. Easy to walk to everywhere I wanted to go. Enjoyed calling this place home for a few days while exploring Croatia. Lots of nice touches - objects d’art, sauna, elevator, and more. Thank you!

Lovely place and easy to access all of Zagreb’s attractions. The sauna was a welcome respite after walking in Plitvice Park. The breakfasts were mouth-watering and lovely. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Boutique HOH and highly recommend it. The staff were terrific, the room was super comfortable and large for a European hotel, the breakfast buffet was delicious and their terrace was a great place for a glass of wine in the evenings. We were so impressed!

Adorable place

We travel a lot and in our experience, nothing comes close to this hotel. Nothing was too much for the friendly staff. Very clean hotel walking distance from zagreb centre. Best breakfast facilities. Cannot overstate how good HOH Boutique Hotel is.

This place is so understated……I’m such a hotel snob and for that reason rarely write reviews, however the Boutique HOH was great. Small with a real personal touch. Everything was of high quality and it was evident they took pride in ensuring expectations were met. Service was efficient, professional and friendly. I can’t rate highly enough.

Staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating. We had an early flight and they offered to prepare breakfast early for us, which was delicious. Parking is on the street. We arrived early afternoon so we did not have any issue finding parking. The street attendant will place a daily fee ticket on the car. You need to turn it in to the hotel and pay at the front desk.

We booked this hotel specifically for the patio garden space, which we were able to enjoy multiple times on our stay. Our stay here was exceptional. All of the staff was so friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. The breakfast included with our stay was delicious with a lot of fresh variety, and cappuccinos. The area around is very walkable, with multiple dining options nearby. One thing to be aware of if you’re arriving by car - you will need to street park. The daily parking cost is 19€40, however, there is no place to pay. Instead, you take your chances of whether you will receive a parking ticket. If you do not, you got lucky (as we did one of our two nights). If you do get a ticket, you just bring it to the front reception to have the cost added to your bill and they pay the city for you. Overall a very simple process, we were just not expecting this when we arrived and found understanding it a bit confusing at first. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zagreb. If we ever return to this beautiful city, this will be where we stay again.

Great stay! Friendly staff, brand new hotel - extremely clean and well kept - quiet area and very walkable to Center / sites / shopping. The sauna was an added bonus! Loved our stay here, would book again!
