Very nice stay close to everything in Zagreb

Great location.Clean.Very small apt.Bed not that comfortable.

The apartment is close to the main old town area. There are multiple places to eat and shop within a 5 minute walk. We did not have a car, but for those with a car an underground 24 hour parking garage is a 2 min walk away. The communication with the staff was excellent. We had a maintance issue and they rectified the problem as soon as possible.

Stayed here for two nights. It was very centrally located to all the sights in Zagreb and main restaurants. Communication was clear about how to get into the apartment. The pillows were very uncomfortable. I ended up with a pinched nerve after the first night. Everything was very modern in apartment. Bathroom was large and modern.

The apartment was in a good location, but the entrance was not very pristine. They were trash bags all out front. And we are not provided with any parking guy or instructions so we had to find a parking garage on our own, which fortunately was close by. But then we are not told that you need to request for an overnight parking so we had already left the parking garage and it turned out. It cost us over €50 for a 12 hour stay. All this could’ve been avoided if the apartment owners had provided information to us prior to our arrival.There were no amenities within the apartment in the kitchen, except a couple of coffee pods and creamer. And then the toilet stopped up.

Excellent position for the old town and shopping area. Studio apartment was compact but stylish and very well designed (unless you needed to reach top cupboards). Very quiet. Clear guidance re access, luggage storage etc.

Everything was great. The location the best. I do think they need to have wider window coverings. Otherwise you may have to sleep with an eye mask.

Very convenient for all major sights. Apartment clean and tide. Staff very responsive and helpful.

This was my rhird stay and I have recommended to numerous others who have enjoyed their stay. As good as a 5* hotel. Immaculately appointed and maintained. Owners are in touch and easily accessible. Great location. Higly recommend. I'm going bqck in a few weeks.

Lovely modern apartment, spacious with separate bedroom/living & kitchen area. Very comfortable and right in the city centre. Great communication with owner who was also super helpful when we asked about early check in.

Excellent hotel host who communicated regularly. Comfortable modern suite in a great central location. Had everything you need for cooking but we did not use the kitchen facilities. Lots of restaurants nearby. Parking nearby at a cost.

The Loox was a great experience. Easy check-in and check- out. Very centrally located in the lower town and easy walking distance to the upper town. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Zagreb.

This place was better than I thought it would be!! Bed was super comfy, kitchen was well equipped, bathroom and shower were excellent. Plus, what a location! Steps from literally everything and right on multiple tram lines. Our room faced to the back of the building and was silent at night, even with windows open! Great place. High recommend.

Building itself shows wear and tear but the apartment was very clean, modern and spacious. Directions to access the facility were accurate and provided in a timely manner. I'd stay there again if ever in Zagreb.
