This is an excellent hotel. Would recommend and stay again.

Staff was very welcoming, hotel room was spotless, and the view is amazing!

Lovely hotel - the reception and entrance was beautiful and so was the room. Everything spotless and beautifully designed. The location was good for the city and right next to the park but not the best for the airport. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

I want to extend my sincerest compliments to the staff at Hotel V Oosterpark. From the initial greeting to our final checkout, they were pleasant helpful and accommodating to all our needs. We were experiencing a difficult situation, and the courtesy shown to us made us feel more secure! I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to such wonderful hosts!

Lovely staff, lovely hotel, lovely rooms, good location. Our electric tripped in the room when we arrived and with no hesitation they gave us an upgrade for the whole trip. Would stay again!

First and foremost, the staff was perhaps the best I’ve ever encountered. Friendly and helpful best describes them. We arrived early and they were able to move some rooms around and let us check in early after an overnight flight. Housekeeping kept the room stocked. We opted for having breakfast included, which I highly recommend. Coffee, fruit juice, croissants, made to order eggs. Again, the people staffing the breakfast area was just so pleasant.

Had a fabulous stay! The room was spacious, beautifully designed with a bath overlooking the park. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful! A special thank you to Koen and Destiny at the reception. I missed my connecting flight and they couldn’t be more helpful to ensure I had everything I need for my stay!

Pros: Aesthetically nice Located close to tram stops making travel easy Cons: Beds are awful, very hard and lumpy. Mine had a dip in it, almost felt like it was really old. Cleaner didn’t clean the room, simply emptied the bins and gave me a new towel. It does host events on an evening so on a couple of nights it was very loud, I’m not a light sleeper so it didn’t really bother me but it might for others. Total building site outside, nowhere near completion and it looks awful from the outside. Card machine was broken so I couldn’t pay the city tax on arrival, the guy on reception acted like it was my fault and inconvenienced him. When mentioning the issue about the bed and cleaning the staff offered me a breakfast (usually €27.50), but when I declined because I needed to go to the airport (they offered it while I had my case and was checking out) they just shrugged the shoulders and said oh well.

Otroligt härlig vibe på det här hotellet. Trevlig personal, fina rum med härlig utsikt. Om frukosten är värd pengarna går att diskuteras, men överlag toppbetyg.
