L'hôtel est bien situé, près de la gare de train et de bus a pied. La chambre est belle et neuve, mais une odeur sortait de la salle de bain, c'est malheureux parce que le reste était bien. Pas d'air climatisé, une chance que la fenêtre ouvrait.

Check in was easy. Very convenient location just off the busy streets. Easy to walk to main tourist attractions. There was a portable AC unit which was nice but it wasn’t installed properly and which was funny. Still, glad to have it, made us much more comfortable. Bathroom had a funky smell but looked clean so maybe the smell was from outside, coming in through the window.

We had major water problems that ranged from no water at all to super hot water. Called for service. They came, but were not able to correct the problem. We left the next day. No good showers for us.

Very noisy at night even with windows closed and ear plugs couldn't sleep at all

The location was great and the room was nice. There is no staff on site, so we weren’t able to get help when the wifi was down for the duration of our stay.

Fantastic little restaurant right next door. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A fully self-service hotel.

Room is spacious, modern, and well-designed. We never saw another person in the hotel, staff or guest, which was eerie. But virtual check-in and checkout was smooth, thanks to the clear instructions provided

Located near major car park

Property was clean and very close to the main shopping areas and pubs. However, it is in a very loud area. I do not recommend it for people who have a hard time falling asleep to noise or are easily woken up.

Liam was very helpful. He answered all of our questions quickly. The room was clean and very nice. Walking distance to lots of things!

Good location, the thermostat was broken and the temperature was very high while we were trying to sleep.

The location was great for exploring Galway, central and walkable. There is a car park for hire just across from the building, which was very convenient. We didn’t realize the check-in was all automated (no staff onsite) so that took a little longer than expected as the required email wouldn’t load. Good to be aware of so you can have the booking code handy when you get there. Other than that, small but comfortable room with a great shower. Clean and well-appointed.

It’s a basic kind of place that will meet your needs but provide few amenities beyond that.
