Staff are nice and fast response. Room is very clean. Nice building. Looked good and new. Shops are nearby.

The property is NEW and the location was great

No microwave. Staff generally is helpful. Near Carrefour which is plus.

Process of check in took 2.5 hours. Check in was starting in 3 pm, but our room was ready in 5:30 pm only. Customer service is a terrible and rude

Great apart-hotel...room was big and clean, staff were really helpful, location was good, near the stadium. Can be a little annoying waiting for the elevator, specially if you are on a high floor as I was...but I think this is pretty common for all the high rise hotels in batumi. Overall has great stay there, and for the price, would definitely stay there again on next trip there.

המקרר לא עובד ביקשנו שיתקנו כמה פעמים וכל פעם אמרו לנו שיבואו לבדוק אבל לא באו בכלל לא ניקו את החדר רק אחרי שביקשנו כמה פעמים הועילו בטובם לנקות לא הוסיפו שמפו וסבון גוף גם כשניקו וראו שכבר נגמר ביקשנו קפה כי נגמר בחדר ולא ענו לנו שעתיים ואחרי שענו גם לקח להם הרבה זמן להביא לנו שקיות קפה הדלתות חורקות נורא המזגן לא עבד טוב בלילה והיה נורא חם! במסדרון חם וחנוק בצורה לא הגיונית השירות היה ממש לא טוב ולא מספק ואין שום שירותי מלון אין כספת בחדר יש מרפסת אבל אין כסאות לשבת אפילו Very disappointing stay. The fridge in our room didn’t work, and despite several requests, nobody ever came to fix it. The room was only cleaned after we asked multiple times, and even then, shampoo and body wash were not replenished. When we ran out of coffee, it took hours to get a response and even longer to receive new coffee sachets. The doors are very noisy and squeaky, the air conditioning did not work properly at night, and both the room and hallways were uncomfortably hot. There is no safe in the room, and although there is a balcony, there are no chairs to sit on. Overall, the service was poor and did not meet basic hotel standards. We were very disappointed with our stay.

A very well-appointed hotel in an excellent location. The price was very reasonable, too. New towels and bathrobes.

مرحبا انصح كل شخص بهذا الفندق لأنه كانت تجربة فيه ممتازة من ناحية نظافة الغرفه حتي المدخل وغرفة الاستقبال نظيفة ومعطرة الطاقم كثير متعاون جدا يتحدثون بطريقة جيدة ويبتسمون في الوجه بنسبة الي الغرفة كانت علي اطلالة البحر طابق 33منظر جميل جدا والله انصح كل شخص بهذا الفندق

I had a really nice experience in The Blue sky aparthotel.It is modern and well kept,with a tolerant staff.They allowed me to check in earlier than 2pm,and on Check out they allowed me to stay as much as I needed before going to the airport.The room is spacious and nice. Pity they dont have a chair in the balcony.

Очень понравился отель. Невероятно красивый номер, в котором было все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Каждые три дня проходила уборка номера в которой обновлялись все миниатюрные ванные принадлежности, а так же полотенца. По дополнительному запросу уборка проходила чаще без доплаты. Полностью новая мебель в номере и отличная шумоизоляция. Видно, что номера продумывали для комфортного проживания. Отдельно хочу отметить приятное обслуживание на ресепшене. Доброжелательный и отзывчивый персонал учел все наши пожелания при заселении. За это отдельная благодарность. Отель находится в центре набережной благодаря чему, все необходимое и достопримечательности находятся в пешей доступности. До моря примерно 5 минут пешком. Мы остались полностью довольны отдыхом благодаря этому отелю. И точно вернемся сюда еще раз.

Fiyat performans oteli tam. Normal check-in saati 15:00. Ben sabah 10 civarında geldim hemen odamı verdiler. Personel Türkçe konuşuyor ve oldukça yardımcılar. Oldukça güzel bir yer manzarası da çok iyiydi. Sadece balkonda oturabilmek için bir sandalye olsa daha iyi olabilirdi.
