Love the unit, room, and interior. Very clean. Enough pillows to hug as bolsters. AC was cold. Fridge and freezer were cold. Towels, hand soap, soap and sponge for washing dishes, and tissue are provided. The highlight is the washing machine as I do not need to bring so many clothes. Detergent, microwave, kettle, hangers, portable stove, iron, hair dryer, mop, utensils for eating and cooking are available. Refills for tissue and plastic for trash are provided. TV has Netflix. Got hot water, body soap, and shampoo for the shower. Fast response from CS. Just wished that there was a hand towel for the bathroom and kitchen. Overall very satisfied and would highly recommend.

Spacious and clean rooms, nice interior, fully equipped kitchenette with microwave, kettle, and water filter. There is also a washing machine. Only 1 bathroom in the unit. The only negative is the lift is always full, so we need to wait a while.

This is the best hotel, really. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the bed is big and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped for a multi-day stay. However, this is an apartment check-in, so it's not like a hotel with daily towel changes or daily room cleaning.

Responsive staff and easy and fast check-in process, clean and new rooms, clean eating and drinking utensils, very comfortable and will come back here again if I go to Penang next time.

Overall good stay and value for money for the location. Right next to UO Shin sushi which is always crowded. Do take note that the lift and lobby are always packed with people. I went for Friday - Saturday. Do expect to wait for the lift 2-3 times before getting one during peak hours like check-in, dinner, and check-out, which means most of the time.

Amazing place, new building with a very nice design. Spacious room with beautiful views over the city. Great gym and infinity pool. Easy contact with the host. Truly recommend!
