It couldn't be worse, what kind of two-star hotel is this? It's more like a guesthouse. No elevator, weak air conditioning, makeshift carpeted stairs – it's in terrible condition.

This is more of a guesthouse than a 2-star hotel. There's no elevator, the rooms are damp, and overall it's terrible. I will never come back.
