Great location of this hotel, feels like coming home, not in excellent condition anymore but still very nice, the spa/fitness is also very nice because its often calm

Comfy bed, clean room, responsive/helpful front desk, lovely grounds, very nice breakfast with lots of veg options clean pool and locker room but children don’t have full access to pool since the space is shared with a health club... restaurant not so family-friendly for dinner

Really good stay but I must admit that I felt like the hotel was forcing me to become Vegan. They had a very extensive plant based menu, and extremely short and unappealing non vegan/vegetarian menu. The breakfast is well balanced between the two worlds mentioned above...

Friendly helpful staff, clean rooms but just a tired hotel in general— needing a revamp. Convenient bus line into town.

Excellent hotel and memorable stay. Cannot fault anything and will always recommend, if not return to again. Wonderful lake view and excellent hearty breakfast!

Old building but generally well looked after. Pool and gym areas are excellent, well managed with lots of equipment. Buffet breakfast was particualrly good. We found the staff extremely helpful The hotel is a little out of downtown Stockholm but there is a bus that leaves from right outside the hotel so this wasn't an issue at all.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming, the place is amazing, Breakfast buffet is huge and as good as it gets. The only confusing stuff was they charged my card for something i could've used from minibar, but the fridge only had two bottles of water :) which i appreciate as i don't drink. Thank you... i'll rebook again on my next trip.

I booked this as a family vacation for Christmas If you’re single with no kids probably a great hotel. With kids it’s horrible.

Lovely location though a bit complicated with transport down town. Exelent break fast even with special vegan options. Very big family room. In doors pool and gym very pleasant.

The hotel is very nice and Mohamed at the reception is very helpful and kind trying always to please your needs. The breakfast is very good as is the gym and the staff there. The sauna could see a refresh but the whole spa is good. One thing I do want to mention is that at the expedia website the hotel is offered with laundry facilities and not only laundry service. I am on a long trip and planned accordingly to do my laundry while there but there is no laundry room only the usual hotel dry cleaning/laundry service. It will be good if you can correct the info on the expedia website regarding this since its not accurate.

The bathroom looked as old as the historical building itself. This time I specifically asked for a more modern room, because the last time I visited the whole room decor was really out dated. Location is beautiful as the building itself, also breakfast was good.

Loved that the local transportation came right to the front of property-you need it because the hotel is not near anything.

Location: Great Standard: Great Beds: Great Gym/Pool: The standard was really high but the opening hours were quite awful. Kids are allowed in the pool a few hours / day and the gym would close at 7 on a Sunday.
