The AC is not working properly in any of the dorms. When I posted my review, a staff member approached me and said, “No one else is complaining, so why are you complaining?” Is this an appropriate way to speak to a guest who has raised a genuine concern? This kind of response and behaviour is highly unprofessional and certainly not what I expected from a hostel like yours. To make matters worse, I was told by a staff member that I should not book with this hostel again. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that others think twice before booking here. If you value basic comfort and professional customer service, I would suggest choosing another hostel.

The AC is not working properly. I have already changed rooms four times, and I’m facing the same issue in every dorm. This is highly unprofessional for a hostel of your standard. Godrej ACs clearly do not seem to be suitable for places like this. At the very least, you should consider installing a reliable and reputed brand such as Daikin or another well-known AC brand.
