The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I booked a superior glamping room for 6 people. The room was spacious, with a soft mattress and pillows. I got a room near the outdoor bathroom. The bathrooms were clean, spacious, and separated for men and women. There are over 15 bathrooms in total, with two main bathroom buildings, so there wasn't a long queue even though it was fully booked. The swimming pool is located in two locations and is quite clean. The view of the rice terraces is cool, similar to Ubud. I got a complimentary pizza, and the kids loved it. There are swings and a spacious yard so the kids could explore without getting bored. There are chairs on the terrace so we could cook in front of the glamping area. Upon arrival, the room wasn't very clean, but the staff quickly cleaned it when we reported it. It coincided with a gathering, so it was a bit crowded and noisy, but the staff had already asked permission from all the guests and limited access to 10 p.m. For the price of 900,000 Rupiah via the app, it was a bit pricey because the outdoor bathrooms also don't have air conditioning. Although the air was quite cool, it was a bit hot during the day with only a fan. Unfortunately, while the kids were playing in the lower pool, the adults in the upper pool were spitting into the lower pool, which was a bit awkward, even though there were lots of kids in the lower pool. But overall, we liked our stay and were very satisfied. Maybe next time we'll try a villa with a private pool.

My first time staying here, the room was comfortable and clean. There's a large field for the kids to play soccer on. I'll definitely stay here again sometime.

Everything was perfect! We got a bunch of free stuff, ate a lot, and enjoyed all of their facilities. Had a wonderful honeymoon here.

The telephone system for the front office needs to be improved.

The location is close to BWI in town. Because it was fully booked, I got a Simple Tent room for 350,000 Rupiah without air conditioning, an outdoor bathroom, and an electric kettle—quite expensive. The view is great, the food is all good. The service is also good. Perhaps the comfort and room amenities could be improved.

The view around the inn is very beautiful, only the cleanliness and readiness of the room before being used by other guests need attention. We stayed for 2 days in different room types, Superior Villa & Superior Private Pool Villa. The receptionist was not friendly in welcoming guests, the breakfast menu was the same for 2 days, the food tasted mediocre and the menu was not varied. The cleanliness of the room, especially in the Superior Private Pool Villa, needs to be checked, the swimming pool was full of dry leaves and lots of small trash and cigarette butts left by previous guests. The extra bed from the previous guest was also not removed, soap was only a little and shampoo was completely empty and not refilled. The only game ride was ATV, the rest was just a brochure.

The room facilities need to be cleaned before another guest checks in. I stayed two nights in different room types. The superior private pool villa hadn't been cleaned, and the previous guest's extra bed hadn't been moved. The private pool was dirty with leaves in it, cigarette butts, and small pieces of trash around it. Food orders took two hours to be delivered, even after being reminded again. The breakfast menu was the same for two days, and the variety and taste of the food need to be improved.

The food is delicious, all at a reasonable price for a hotel of this class. Breakfast is also delicious. The rooms are clean, the facilities are good and clean. The service is good and friendly. The superior villas are excellent. The ones with private pools are amazing.

Mr. Sandi is the best. He's incredibly friendly. He's incredibly helpful. The hotel is family-friendly and perfect for quality family time.
