The room had a large roach moving throughout the room; the hot water for the shower was an electric element with the shower itself. The showerhead was broke and needed to be fixed. Once "fixed" it still didnt work well. The room had bottles of drinks left by the previous guest that housekeeping didnt pick-up. The staff helped as much as the could. If you stay in room 402, it will be noisy during breakfast time. The young man at the office was friendly. The lady was the main person in charge and was nice too. I wouldnt stay there again.

Excelente localización, el cuarto que me tocó tenía una vista preciosa. El personal sumamente atento y el desayuno bastante completo. Las habitaciones tienen poco aislamiento y se oye la recepción donde ponen música. El tipo de termo ducha no permite calentar tanto el agua.

Atendimento e cortesia nota mil! Se ofereceram para cuidar das nossas bagagens durante um passeio mesmo já tendo feito o check out. Nosso quarto era limpo e as roupas de cama/travesseiros muito bons. Simples e aconchegantes. O banheiro (privativo mas fora do quarto) nao era tão bom, especialmente o chuveiro. Mas a experiência foi muito agradável. Nosso agradecimento especial à recepcionista Jimena que foi muito gentil e atenciosa.
