The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable. There are plenty of children's play facilities, and there are various sports facilities, including a gym, tennis courts, billiards, and table tennis. The only downside, in my opinion, is the lack of a varied breakfast menu.

The breakfast for a 4-star hotel is not delicious, the food runs out without being refilled in a hurry, the food is already gone by 8 o'clock, even asking for sugar is difficult, no one comes, instead the guy who was asked for help is wandering around the hotel. Strange hotel. The room is hot

this hotel is renovated from previous hotel, so it is considering as new hotel. (+) the room is clean, water heater works well, the mountain view is nice, bed is good, bedsheet is clean, tv & AC works fine. Breakfast is nice (-) no lift in the hotel, so for old people will be difficult. the check in process can be improved.

Check-in and checkout were fast, all booking details were met, there were plenty of kids' activities, the facilities were very complete, the food had a wide variety of flavors that could be improved, and the hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. Room: Clean, on the 3rd floor with a mountain view, internet, TV, hot water, and AC all worked well. The downside is that there's no elevator, so you have to climb stairs. A great hotel for spending time with the family.

All the hotel staff were very helpful. Even when we had breakfast at the hotel, we left our room access card in the room, and the hotel staff was very helpful and quick to help. The hotel facilities are also complete. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was varied and delicious.

I'm so happy, thank you to the hotel service and staff, making it even happier to celebrate my anniversary here. The food is varied, the rooms are clean, even without air conditioning, they're still cool and fresh, and the facilities are complete. 😍😍

The hotel staff was very friendly, and the food was quite varied and quite tasty. However, when I booked a kids' room, the adjacent room already had green grass carpet, while my room didn't. It seems the interior design hasn't been completed yet.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast menu was very varied and okay. The kids were very happy because there were lots of activities. The only downside was that it was noisy at night because my room faced the road, so I couldn't sleep soundly due to the sound of cars passing by. If possible, the room would be soundproofed. Overall, it's good.
