Great stay,

Great hotel in a historic building in the centre of town, close to restaurants, bars and all the main sights. Super comfortable bed, very spacious room. Friendly staff.

The location of this hotel couldn’t have been better. I would recommend Lier and this hotel to anyone traveling in Belgium. If you have mobility issues, be sure to ask for a downstairs room because the stairs are steep.

Unique building very close to central square and other attractions. Great breakfast. Helpful friendly staff. Lovely big rooms. Only disadvantage is the lack of parking but there are plenty of car parks within walking distance, if you can find a space! Would definitely go back.

Very nice property, upstairs hotel units cab be a little loud when they enter and exit on stairs adjacent to each unit.

visiting family in local area , this hotel has all the amenities . In town , walking distance to shopping , restaurants, public transportation and historical buildings. It is a non touristy city you can really enjoy . The hotel is in a historical building and the accomodations feel as if you are in your own little home.

Great location make sure you take the deluxe room the other rooms on 2nd floor steep steps to get to the room.Also no free or rather no Parking paid parking in streets 9am till 7 pm

The hotel is right in the center of this Medieval town that was founded in 600 AC. The staff is superb, the rooms also and the continental breakfast is out of this world. Highly recommended. Only one disadvantage; there is no hotel parking but this is also the case for most hotels in Lier. The city of Lier is conveniently located for short driving distances to other major cities in Belgium such as Antwerp, Brussels, Gent and even Bruges. The hotel can therefore be used as the starting point for all your excursions by train (Belgium has a very dense railway system) or self drive.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights in April 2017. The hotel is situated in the centre of Lier close to the Grote Markt where you can find all the main shops, banks, restaurants etc. Our hotel room was situated on the ground floor (room 004) and it was clean and spacious with all the usual amenities such as television, fridge, safe etc. This is the only hotel I use when staying in Lier due to the excellent facilities, access to town and friendly staff.

Nice hotel in central Lier, has the necessary comforts. No lockable safe box in the room and the breakfast buffe lacks variety and re-filling which you don't expect from a 4-star rated hotel.

This is a lovely hotel albeit it basic it is an attractive conversion of a traditional town building. The rooms upstairs are not suitable for infirm or really young children as steps are narrow and quite steep. I arrived late and they stayed open to book me in, desk closes at 11.00 pm, the room was very comfortable and stylish in natural design, breakfast was simple with hot and cold food. Service was very friendly.

I'm not sure there's a enough understanding of the collaboration between hotels.com and the hotel cause a staff of the hotel doesn't know either how to activate my staying and gather their money from the deal. She requested me to pay, but I have paid fully when I book the hotel. I have spent around 30 minutes to explain and connect a staff of hotels.com to verify my payment when I checked out.

The Best Western Plus Zimmerhof is great for a few nights stay for business travel. The room was extremely spacious. The bed was comfortable and there is a great workspace/desk for hooking up your computer. The free wifi worked well. The breakfast was also perfect for a quick meal before heading out for the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Superb Hotel. Spotlessly clean, quiet and well appointed rooms. Management were extremely helpful and friendly.

Only a few rooms which allows for personalized service! Downtown the medieval town of Lier, however very calm and quit at night! Great character hotel. Rooms are not big but will all amenities and at superb location.
