We had a room with a jacuzzi in it but no plug to use. The shower was in the jacuzzi, it was a big climb into the jacuzzi and I slipped bruising my arm. Also the bar was closed from 4pm due to staff shortages, as we were travelling with our daughter 11 we couldn’t go for an evening drink. Place was clean, staff friendly, location great.

Needed more table space in the bathroom. Needed a bench or table to put makeup etc on in the bathroom. Otherwise very central to everything. Will definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Lovely big room, enjoyed our stay. Jacuzzi bath no shower though - great for couples, not ideal for four friends!

The rooms do look nice and beds were comfy. Sadly our hot tub bath didn't work. The staff were helpful. Always helped when we asked them. The terrace bar has a view of the docks and across the city. Has a few drink choice on but isn't massively stocked

Room clean, but could do with updating. Stayed for one night, was ok for what we needed.

The room was spot on for a family of 5, ideal being all together and not needing two rooms. The rooms don’t blow you away but are clean which makes a big difference. It’s close to all amenities.

Jacuzzi bath didn’t work

What an absolutely lovely hotel. Room was everything you would want, clean, plenty of space, jacuzzi bath, nice wee kitchen area, comfy, couldn't have asked for more, would definitely return.

Bar lady was lovely, room was so so as not a city view as I see the city and also first room I was sent to wasn’t , receptionist didn’t really acknowledge us this morning just asked very abruptly room number, I paid a £100 deposit still not returned, no towels

All excellent, room, staff etc but main reason for staying was hot tub and this didn't work

The rooms could do with freshen up . Broken fixtures . Blocked drains etc…

This was a great place to stay and really good value. Fantastic location. Very friendly staff.

I didn't stay. On booking I received a long list of conditions/ requirements that I'd never been asked on a pre booked stay before/ warned about. I couldn't get any answers/ clarification about late check in, only charges for early. And lots of detail about no extra guests/ room parties/ damage deposits. It didn't sound like a place I wanted to be.

Beautiful hotel very central, large room , lovely rooftop bar with great views of the city

My room was great. Just for me. 2 double beds. Sofa. Kitchen with tea coffee facilities and a large bath/jacuzzi.

Great reception staff

Spacious clean room. Comfortable bed. A return visit after being happy first time. Price was very reasonable too. Would benefit from a refurb but that would inevitability increase prices and dont lose its quirks which make it different from the major chains.

Everything was brilliant . Check in quick and easy andd team friendly and welcoming. Room was massive 2 sofas , massive bth and a kithen area . The only problem i had was that was only in for 2 nights with work so didnt get to enjoy it as mush as would of liked . Will be back and will.be stopping again.

We have stayed here before making because of the hot tub in the room. The hotel does def need some updating, the decor is a bit shabby but the room was clean and bed was comfy so all good
