Brokastis ļoti labas

This is a brand new hotel and thus has some technical issues (primarily air conditioning) that have yet to be ironed out. Despite the staff being as helpful as they possibly could be in facilitating a comfortable stay for us, we decided to relocate to another hotel. We were provided a full refund for our stay. This looks to be an issue with Novotel deciding to open the hotel prematurely and we have provided this feedback Novotel directly.

Brand new hotel just opened. Lots of choices of breakfast. Walking distance to the old town. Lovely stay.

Excellent location for my needs. Newish building everything was working great, we liked the 'movie theater' next to restaurant.

Beautiful new hotel close the ferry port and the old town. Friendly staff and we were able to check in early which was much appreciated.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Got a takeaway packed breakfast for the early ferry with a coffee which was so helpful. Recommend everything about this hotel it’s brand new, very comfortable and in a perfect location. Lovely French bakery around the corner too.

What stood out most was the clean room and the friendly, helpful staff. Everything felt comfortable and well taken care of, which made the stay really enjoyable.

Huoneet erittäin siistit ja nykyaikaiset. Avulias ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Aamiainen kattava,ja maukas. Pysäköintihallissa hyvin tilaa, minkä lisäksi kaksi EuroParkin operoimaa sähköauton latauspistettä. Kannattaa huomioida, että ajoneuvon maksimikorkeus hallissa on 1,9m.

Oikein hyvä hotelli. Hotellissa oli siistiä, mukavat sängyt ja hyvä aamupala.

Convenient location. Room was very clean and confortable. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We are glad to chose this hotel.

Günstig zur Altstadt gelegen, modern und sauber, das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut gefallen

Gutes neues Novotel.

We booked the studio room for family of three and it was superb. Enough room to hangaround and it has a well equipped kitchenate for warming up food or cutting fruits. The hotel over all is clean and elegant. Breakfast table has various tasty options. Plenty of fresh froots as well.

Das Zimmer und die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Alles sauber, tolles Design. Das Personal war freundlich und es gab eine tolle Lounge Area.
