The place is clean, comfortable, and the facilities are complete.

When I arrived, the shower was broken, I had to squat, the water jug was broken, and there was no drinking water. When I entered the room, the bed was a mess, there were mosquitoes, and there was a used towel hanging on the bathroom door.

The best accommodation I've tried in the Karawaci area. The rooms are tidy, the beds smell nice, the towels are fragrant, the AC is cold, the smart TV works, there are toiletries (shampoo, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste), the toilet is clean, and there's a water heater. The only downside is that the drinking water isn't refilled, that's all.

The check-in process was quite complicated, the location was great in a luxury housing complex, the AC wasn't cold enough.

The inn is only manned during the day, not at night, so when a guest leaves without a key, they have to knock on the door and have someone else open it. The room is clean but damp, and the shower doesn't have hot water.

I originally came here to accompany my nephew while he was looking for a boarding house, as he happens to be studying in the area. It turned out that Cove is available for monthly rent and the price is affordable, so I decided to stay here instead of looking for another boarding house. The room is homey, clean, and fully equipped. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service. Thanks.
