On Saturday night, August 1st, when I tried to check in, I was given a difficult check-in and received incredibly arrogant service, like a thug trying to be tough. I simply asked, "The point is, can I have a late check-in?" Instead, I was told to stay silent, and I was called stubborn. I'd come all the way from Jakarta and just wanted to rest, but they made it so difficult. Check the CCTV!

The best accommodation I've tried in the Karawaci area. The rooms are tidy, the beds smell nice, the towels are fragrant, the AC is cold, the smart TV works, there are toiletries (shampoo, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste), the toilet is clean, and there's a water heater. The only downside is that the drinking water isn't refilled, that's all.

The inn is only manned during the day, not at night, so when a guest leaves without a key, they have to knock on the door and have someone else open it. The room is clean but damp, and the shower doesn't have hot water.

I originally came here to accompany my nephew while he was looking for a boarding house, as he happens to be studying in the area. It turned out that Cove is available for monthly rent and the price is affordable, so I decided to stay here instead of looking for another boarding house. The room is homey, clean, and fully equipped. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service. Thanks.
