Excellent for my girlfriend and I and close to the city core

Daily housekeeping and friendly staff. There is laundry room at the top floor which is very convenient for longer stay.

Extremely loud. I have stayed here before but on the other side of the building and it was ok. The busier side of the street is relentless and the tunnel compounds the issue with echos.

They're still doing construction, it's really loud. I had to argue with the hotel front desk to change my room from the 1st floor to the 7th floor. At first it was "we're fully booked, we cannot move you until tomorrow morning". Then a room magically opened up on the 7th floor, but hey, it's much smaller than the one I paid for. Ok fine, I'll guees it'll do. Then I had $100 (USD, not pesos), stolen out of sling bag I kept in my room. I also had my passport and green card in there, thankfully those were not touched. Location is good, and rooms are nice, but beware.

I had a wonderful stay and was genuinely impressed with the hotel room. From the moment I walked in, everything felt clean, fresh, and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. I also appreciated the little details such as soft lighting, modern decor, and plenty of space to unwind. The room was well maintained and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was quiet, peaceful, and perfect for recharging after a long day. Overall, I left feeling completely satisfied and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and quality.

Room is great but a lot of noise at night but there was too much noise in the building. The hotel doesn’t provide water bottles!

The place is conveniently located near many restaurants and central areas. The atmosphere is calm, although there can be some noise from outside. The service is excellent. Overall, I highly recommend it.

Stayed with my family in a 2 bedroom unit. The configuration was great, plenty of room, super clean and modern. Air conditioning units in each room worked well and we also loved our balcony. We had some power issues in our unit, and staff moved us to another so they could take care of it. Can’t say enough good things about the helpful and friendly staff! The tenth floor deck was very nice, and good to hang out while doing (free) laundry.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, nicely designed, AC was great. We thought the location was super convenient to all the things we wanted to do. Would stay here again!

amazing room, great location, very convenient

First let me say the staff was very sweet. The first night of our stay the Main fire alarm sounded ALL night long every hour on the hour. In addition there was a cross walk outside our room that beeped for people to cross this beeping was audible in our room for our ENTIRE stay. The second night the main alarm did not sound but we slept with a pillow over our heads to keep from hearing the crosswalk alert. The apartments were fine, proximity to restaurants was good. I would not recommend this location.

Me encanto el departamento en el que nos quedamos y sobre todo la amabilidad de los encargados, siempre con una sonrisa, el edificio está en una excelente ubicación y es un espacio muy bonito y cómodo, se nota que se cuidó cada detalle, sin duda volveré

Intenté que me dieran la factura, pero fue imposible contactarlos, no responden. Incluso la persona de recepción me pasó otro número y tampoco, nunca me dieron la factura

Todo conforme , la lavandería incluida sin costo perfecto . Personal de recepción muy amables , buena ubicación .

El hospedaje está súper bonito, nuevo y en una de las mejores zonas de la CDMX, está muy bien ubicado, cerca de restaurantes y boutiques, el servicio excelente, nos encantó a mí y a todo mi grupo, sin duda seguiremos reservando para nuestras próximas visitas.

Es un hotel renovado con excelente ubicación en caso no rentas coche (estación de metro insurgentes a una cuadra de distancia). En si, la habitación es pequeña, y puede ser un poco molesto el ruido de noche, dependerá de cada persona, aunque te proveen unos tapones para aligerar el ruido; en mi caso eso no fue problema pues la cama fue demasiado agradable. No dudaría en hospedarme de nuevo, especialmente por la ubicación y todo lo que se tiene alrededor (restaurantes, bares, parques, etc)
