Pool didn’t look super clean. WiFi kept going in and out. We stayed two days and ran out of TP in the middle of the night. AC wouldn’t turn on but staff immediately got it going, thank goodness it was during the day. No signage on the outside of the building, taxi missed it and it was nerve wracking to not have the reassurance of a sign

Long walk to zocalo, but quiet because. Room was really nice. Slept well. Great shower.

Location was great, staff was nice.

We were not aware that our room faced the parking lot. Some guests were not quiet when they arrived late at night. Please mention this for this room. Most staff didn’t speak English, one staff spoke great English, but not always around. They asked me to sign a contract of rules, but not in English. Very confusing if we could eat or drink in our room or not. Breakfast cafe ran out of black tea, and didn’t notice that we drank only tea the first day, and didn’t restock. Enjoyed the fresh juices. Loved the garden/flowers. Room not cleaned for a multiple night stay. Hotel advertised as having WiFi which we depended on to plan our time in Cuernavaca. However WiFi and streaming TV stations did not work. False Advertising. Complained to front desk, and tech issue not resolved.

Great place! We were pleasantly surprised, I don't have a single complaint, all was outstanding. And the chef made a delicious breakfast! I highly recommend this quaint hotel!

Súper bonito lugar, muy relajante para pasar unos días,cerca del centro si te gusta caminar, la atención del personal muy buena, sin duda se queda como opción para un futuro.

No me gusto que el control de Roku no funcionó. No tenía servicio de Streaming. Las llaves de la regadera de agua caliente no cerraba bien.

Muy mal servicio por parte del personal de recepción, nos asignaron una habitación que se llama vista al jardín y estaba completamente encerrada, una ventana con vista a una pared, no tenia ventilación natural y no servía el aire acondicionado. Nos cambiaron de habitación, argumentando que los de la otra habitación llegarían tarde de la fiesta y no se iban a dar cuenta del aire y si reclamaban les ofrecerian desayuno gratis. No hicieron la limpieza de la habitación. Definitivamente no regresaré

El estacionamiento está complicado, pero el personal se espera por hacer tu estancia más amena, la verdad su atención es muy cordial y muy profesional

Habitaciones limpias, acceso al estacionamiento adecuado. El desayuno tiene áreas de oportunidad, es muy básico, sin opciones de proteína. Falta variedad en el menu

Muy bonitas las instalaciones, mucha tranquilidad para ir a descansar y el personal muy amable.

Me encanta. Absolutamente recomendable! Serenidad, confort...belleza.
