I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Khan's palace. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the excellent service, the beautiful facilities, and the welcoming atmosphere. My room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, and every detail made the experience feel relaxing and enjoyable. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. I truly felt well taken care of throughout my stay. I highly recommend Hotel X to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and exceptional hospitality. I would definitely stay here again! The electricity went out for an hour: don't know if this the norm in Uzbekistan but it did not affect my stay.

The staff at Khan’s Palace helped me very last minute when another hotel messed up my reservation. The room was spacious, breakfast was fantastic, and it is well located to explore old Khiva on foot.
