the Hotel itself along with service, staff, amenities are all excellent. Only issue is location is somewhat isolated.

Spacious, clean and all the essentials are available. Bottles of water are provided a plenty, even the laundry detergents are refilled everyday. Enjoyed korean breakfast too. We also loved the korean convenience store at the lobby

Booked this hotel partly because of free parking in the property. But the following day, we wernt allowed to park because they said, the spots are reserved for the celebrities without letting us know before hand. I guess if you are not a celebrity, you are nothing to them. Not coming back to this place ever again.

Very modern hotel with excellent facilities in the room.The Washing machine, fridge, kitchen are very convenient located in the room. The room is spacious and bed is comfortable for a good night rest.

We had a wonderful stay at The First Clark Hotel & Residence. The entire place is very clean, quiet, and well‑maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more comfortable. Having a washer/dryer inside the room was a big bonus and added so much convenience. We hope they continue keeping the property in this brand‑new condition. We’ll definitely come back again.

The hotel was extremely clean. Housekeeping did an exceptional job every day. Staff was very polite and helpful. Gym was very nice. Restaurants were very good. Washer/dryer in the unit worked well. The store on the first floor was very helpful.

We booked 2-bedroom, this is new hotel. No communication on what would be. No in-room phone , had to go to lift lobby. We didnt have breakfast, it is limited menu everyday, not kid-friendly. Floor wasnt mopped when we got our room, we had to ask them to do so, after we noticed our feet. Room layout was great, functional and great for families.

Brand new hotel. Washer/dryer combo in the room was way too convenient

New property and no credit card setup. Once arrived they demanded cash. ATMs near by did not work properly.
