Located 1.25 km from Thammasat University, ideal for those taking exams or running errands in the area. Convenient transportation and parking available. The rooms are spacious, the air conditioning is cool, the water pressure is strong, towels and blankets are provided, and the beds are decent. The stairs are a bit narrow. The housekeeping staff were talking and playing loud music while cleaning, which was very disturbing to guests. I already warned them about it. Overall, it's good value for money.

The air conditioner wouldn't cool the room; even at 16 degrees Celsius, it was still not cool. The accommodation design is terrible; the toilet is strangely positioned, and the shower and sink are outside the bathroom. There are no fire escape signs at all. Besides being close to the Thammasat University Rangsit exam venue and being cheap, everything else is not very good.

The bathroom wasn't clean, and the bed sheets weren't clean either. I had to clean the bathroom myself.
