Stayed in the hotel room which was very comfortable , could have done with air conditioning or a fan as it was very hot in the room due to the heat wave and perhaps a small fridge in the room would make it an extra star on the ratings. But my husband and I would definitely stay again as the facilities in the complex were excellent so thank you for hosting us to the staff at the Marian😊

Very good place to stay and chill out

Room clean with everything you need , bathroom too hot couldn’t turn towel rail off ,could do with more privacy blinds all over cabin .All staff brilliant and informative especially young lad who served you tea at breakfast and a special thanks to Linda front of house at breakfast she was very welcoming,and a lovely lady would definitely stay again a hidden gem.Sports bar great .Taxi to Rhyl £14 phone Burts taxis

Our stay was lovely, staff and hotel all brilliant. Only a couple of issues, slight with food which again was lovely. I ordered welsh bread with welsh butter, butter was the gold little packs of butter plainly saying made in Ireland. On Sunday I ordered the Haddock, I ordered this partly because it came with chip shop curry sauce, No curry sauce available. As I say food was tasty and well presented but if something stated on the menu is not available guests should be informed. We will be back thanks for a great stay.

Was lovely, peacocks awesome

Before the negative; it was a great location close to many local towns and attractions to visit. The food at the sports bar was nice but didn't try the others. Breakfast was ok (ish) but the staff were lovely. HOWEVER, the cleanliness of the cabin was absolutely shocking firstly we had a rotten apple, cloths and sponge left on the veranda. We asked for them to be moved, we went out for 3 hrs and when we returned they hadn't been moved so we moved them. The inside table was tatty, the skirting boards all throughout looked like they hadn't been touched in a year, the complementary soap dispenser was full of grime and the outside had a table but no chairs. Very disappointing for a 5 star accommodation. Luckily we just used it as a base as we were out and about most of the day.

On arrival the receptionist couldn’t have been more helpful, the cabin was very clean and modern. The swimming pool facilities again were clean and well kept by the attendants. All of the staff were polite and helpful making our stay very enjoyable, we will look forward to returning. My partner particularly enjoyed walking around the site to find the peacocks…

Accommodation great, reception lady was lovely even upgrated my parents room to ground floor superior as she noticed my dad had difficulty walking. Pool lovely and breakfast fantastic.

Exactly what was needed a prefect hotel in a perfect location

Breakfast was lovely, staff were all nice, our 1 bed lodge apartment was clean and modern, nothing to complain about. Used the pool and gym had a great experience overall.

Beyond what we expected, there was a miscommunication between the resort and Expedia for our booking, information from Expedia can that we booked a classic cabin, although we booked a premier cabin, but was quickly sorted by staff at the desk. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool, the cocktail bar was superb, good atmosphere and we met nice people

The room was lovely. Bathroom needs to be cleaned better, our shower wasn’t running properly and all that was down to was cleaning the shower head which I did myself. The English breakfast seemed to upset mine and my partners stomach so we stuck to the pastries and cereal which they had a good choice of. The check in staff were professional and polite but could be more informative on what is available on site and help with directions. The two members of staff who truly were outstanding, friendly, polite and inviting were Linda on breakfast and Craig from the gym. Both of them were helpful, informative and very welcoming to guests,the young girls serving at breakfast were abrupt, ignorant and too busy having a chin wag to care for the customers. This is our second year of staying here and we love the location. The price we’ve paid, I guess we were just hoping to feel more like a guest than a chore. We’re hoping that if we come again next year it will be a more enjoyable experience.
