Great breakfast. Staff is very attentive and helpful

The area where the hotel is located was not safe to walk around at all. The windows are so thin that you can hear every little thing from the outside. 6am in the morning we heard guys fighting outside throwing bricks. The staff was very friendly but the hotel definitely needs a face-lift. The mattress was two twin put together so there was a dent in the middle. The complementary breakfast was good though. And the always have coffee available in the lobby.

Staff was very friendly and nice. Property is in a terrible part of town though. No AC, no hair dryer, but one of the worst things was the extremely bad bed. They know about all the beds being that way for a long time but just don't replace them. Showers don't close all the way so they spray all over the floor.

Excelente hotel, lo recomiendo mucho y volvería con gusto. Sólo sugiero mejorar la cordialidad en recepción, ya que un saludo o una sonrisa hacen sentir más bienvenido al huésped y no ignorado... También sería ideal bajar un poco el volumen de las radios del personal de limpieza, pues a veces dificultan el descanso. Por lo demás, mi experiencia fue muy positiva.

Nice place to stay for quick vacation

The hotel is nice and clean, with comfy beds and bedroom. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was OK, despite not being very diverse. The real problem was the surrounding area: it is dirty and unsafe, not recommended to walk around. The best way to get around the city is by using Uber.

Bad area

I checked in on June 23 and left the next morning due to serious issues. The hotel is located in one of Bogotá’s roughest neighborhood. I witnessed an assault just outside. My room had windows that didn’t fully close, letting in cold air and noise. Loud music blasted until 2:15 AM, and when I complained at 1:30 AM, staff told me they’d call the police but did nothing. I also reported a clogged toilet at the same time, no one came to fix it. Staff refused to move me to another room or offer a refund, even though I checked out two days early. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It felt unsafe, unsanitary, and entirely unhelpful. Expedia should reconsider listing this property.

The staff during check in were nice and accomodating. Housekeeping was nice as well. However, the room was terribly stiff and tight. We had a hard time using the bathroom comfortably. Only one socket worked in the room and the bed was the hardest thing I’ve ever touched. We didn’t get much rest. The property is on a busy street so it got really loud all day and night. I was actually awoken from a bike crash one night. There was an earthquake one morning and the entire building was rocking so it didn’t feel like any stability in the building. Lastly the neighborhood is known to not be safe. Everyone we encountered told us to be careful/watchful/safe…we were fine though.

Went there with my cricket team the check in was long and a slow process, upon visiting the rooms it was dirt lilens was smelly. we immidately leave and booked naother hotel.

It was not good. There was no AC the washroom was in properly cleaned. It was genuinely not good.

Property needs much improvement

The people who have complained about the staff are INCREDIBLY WRONG. the staff are beyond amazing helpful, and kind. The breakfast is,amazing. Rooms are a little dated. Mattress is not great..but ok! rooms are a good size. The neighborhood is not that great..you just need to be smart.

The location of the hotel is good. The hotel is clean from the inside, but the outside from the back entrance is very dirty and most of the people urinate on the wall of the hotel building. The breakfast is very bad for non-Colombians like me. All the hotel staff do not speak English. One day of my stay, there was no water in the entire hotel. The hot water in the bathroom was cold and I complained about that, so they told me that there was a malfunction.

Picture were misleading at best, i had to change hotel because it wasnt as advertised, at least the staff was respectful and helpful.
