Excellent room and stay, we got the Queen Room with Panoramic views and it was amazing, truly as it looks in the photos and an amazing place to be for our last night in Egypt. Views over Tahrir Square and the River Nile. Very Good breakfast also in nice restaurant with view on 8th floor. This is a good hotel.

Room needs deep cleaning, staffs were very friendly and helpful, but they need more training for streamline service delivery procedures. TV, Internet needs updates for ease of use. Front of the hotel entrance of the building could have better signage and general cleanliness. 9th Floor breakfast service was great and staffs were very friendly. Overall, hotel has great potential.

Bed sheets were very dirty and had not been changed.

Rooms were clean, staff was very helpful and the view and location was lovely. For those who have not been in the downtown core, keep in mind the noise is fairly constant at all hours and this is just due to the nature of the location.

Great location. Rooms are just remolded, clean and comfortable. Outside streets are very dirty and traffic is disorderly running on the streets. No walking cross to be used.everyone finds his way between the motor vehicles so relaxing. Surprising experience!

Great location

This wasn’t a hotel at all; it was a hostel with no sign or name, located in a nearly ruined apartment building. The staff were fairly nice, but the pillows and bed sheets were very dirty. Even when they cleaned them, the sheets were still full of stains, and the towels were stained too. In my opinion, it shouldn’t be listed as a hotel on Expedia.

This hotel is a great surprise! The location is minutes from the Egyptian Museum but it's hard to find because the name is not outside the building (you enter a doorway to Museum Plaza Hostel and it's on the 4th floor). So clean and comfortable. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. A bit noisy because of location (where is quiet in Cairo!) perfect base to explore Downtown Cairo. As I was leaving before breakfast, they offered me a breakfast box. I recommend.

Das merkwürdige ist das Haus. Es ist extrem alt und heruntergekommen, es stinkt extrem und war dreckig. Selbst der Fahrstuhl war mit Türen zum selber öffnen. Die Räume waren im 9 Stock und die Zimmer waren sauber. Aber es war nachts so laut, das schlafen fast unmöglich war. Auch das Frühstück war furchtbar. Für diesen teuren Preis des Hotels würde ich es nie wieder buchen.

El hotel se encuentra en un edificio compartido con un Hostal, el cual fue complicado encontrarlo ya que no tiene nombre en la parte exterior. Una vez llegando, los pisos de Elevana Hotel son los mejores remodelados y lujosos, habitaciones amplias y bonitas, staff muy amable y servicial, desayuno básico pequeño en el noveno piso con vista a la plaza Tahir. The breakfast menu was really good. Good celection and nice service. We had a beautiful room on 9th floor, clean room. The hotel is very central located. Can recomend it. So easy to go everywhere.The Cafe Le Poire is close by and very modern. A lot of good things there Sarah the receptionist was very kind and so was the other staff.

明明訂三人帶陽台結果給了一間無窗的，看似裝潢漂亮但清潔方面非常糟糕，甚至寢具似乎退房後都沒換過，非常髒，浴室也是很多垢、排水不通，櫃檯人員親切度也待改善。
