We stayed early November 2025. The sea view room we reserved was blazing hot and the AC for the room is not independent of the rest of hotel, which was shut off for the 'season' so we couldn't cool it down. With the windows opened, lots of mosquitos came in; additionally the hotel signage lights shown in the room (the top of our window was the bottom of the lights on floor 4). Staff begrudgingly moved us to an interior room which was slightly cooler room after 12 midnight as we couldn't tolerate it. Breakfast was horrible, disorganized and even serving spoiled fruit. Location is great but I'd never stay there again.

This hotel is a gem! So close to everything makes walking enjoyable to the beach, park, luxury shopping, shopping for anything, pizza or upscale restaurants, casino, and so much more. The rooms are very comfortable with crispy colors and newly renovated. Do not miss the breakfast which is an amazing buffet of high quality above its price. The staff is beyond expectation friendly and helpful. I can only recommend it. We will be back!

L'hotel est idéalement placé nous avions vu sur la place Macena, la prom et la mer. La chambre est spacieuse et neuve. Les sanitaires impeccable.

Posizione ottima; buone condizioni della stanza, sebbene piccola; personale gentile. Due cose però non sono state all’altezza di un hotel a 4 stelle: televisore rotto e non è stato sistemato nonostante mia richiesta nel primo giorno; ho chiesto un taxi alla reception e mi hanno mandato uno Uber che ha preso 20 euro per andare alla stazione che dista circa un km. Per il resto soggiorno piacevole

La stanza era molto pulita, accogliente e ristrutturata di recente. Il personale era gentile e professionale. Gradita la presenza di bollitore e macchina per il caffè in cialde nella camera

La chambre est très jolie, mais l’insonorisation de la chambre est catastrophique, les fenêtres bien quelles soient neuves ne sont pas phonique laissant passer le tumulte de la rue, les cloisons entre les chambres 306 et 307 laisse passer tous les sont y compris le ronflement de nos voisins , et la ventilation communique avec les autres chambres au dessus provoquant le même problème phonique. Je ne comprends pas que l’on ne tienne pas compte de ces problèmes lors de la rénovation de l’hôtel

The hotel was new so everything was immaculate. The room was small but very clean and had great facilities. The location was excellent close to the old town and the main shopping area. The staff were also friendly and helpful .

Die Lage, das Personal und der Empfang waren erstklassig. Leider aber sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Man kann die Gespräche der Zimmernachbarn mithören.
