Great hotel for our overnight stay to catch the Bernina Express the next morning. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely town.

The hotel was clean, modern and very close to the train station (5-10 minute walk). The receptionists were super helpful and although the hotel doesn't do evening meals, they were able to recommend a lovely restaurant close by, at which we ate. The breakfast buffet which was included in the price had a good variety; we are vegetarian so we had eggs, cereals, yoghurts, breads and pastries to choose from, but there were also some hot meats for non-veggies. Overall, we felt it was good value for money and would happily stay there again if in the area- rated 9/10

We had economy double which was quite small but for one night it was fine. Breakfast was good although maybe more wholewheat bread options would have been good. Nice hotel. Would stay again

The room was very comfortable and clean. I love that there was air conditioning. The only thing that was missing was a box of tissues.

We liked everything about this hotel: location, friendliness and helpfulness of staff, modernity and spaciousness and room. Probably the best hotel we stayed in on our Interrail tour of Switzerland, Italy and France.

Clean and modern rooms, air-conditioned too which was nice given the heat we had. Close to train but far enough away to be a bit quieter. Close to old town as well. Would stay here again if visiting Tirano again someday

Very friendly and helpful staff, room was comfortable and spotless. Definitely stay again.

The staff was easy to communicate with and very friendly. We were early for checkin … the front desk recommended places to eat and see while we waited, she gave us our key so we could go straight to our room at check in time and our luggage was taken to our room for us. She also called us a reputable cab. The rooms are spacious. Breakfast was a beautiful setup and the gentleman working was on top of everything from quick table cleanup to refilling of fresh food. Although there is no air conditioning the windows open to allow the cool fresh air in

Perfect place to stay in Tirano - near places to eat and only a very short walk to the train station. A really nice breakfast was provided and every employee we encountered was exceptional. The room was spotless with comfortable bedding and pillows. Can’t go wrong staying here!
