Location was close to downtown. Easy access and parking. Beautiful colors and views. Close to the mines to visit and panoramic drive. Close to gas station and grocery shops. Very quiet at night. Only the downside it was the bathroom size for the King size room.. the position of the toilet is very weird ...no space to sit on if you are a big person. The bed is good, and the shower space comfortable.

Está bien para las estrellas que tiene lo que más me gustó es que tenía buen internet, es staff muy atentos y a todas horas, las camas leí que están duras pero para mí estaban muy bien son ortopédicas y dormirnos muy agusto no hay aire pero no se necesita en estas fechas supongo en tiempo de calor que si

Receptionist was rude from the start, not very approachable, and had to wait 15-20 minutes for my reserved room. She only pointed the building where we had our room at. We weren’t given any wifi information at the time of check in, only a remote for the TV. Mattress was very hard. I reserved for 4 people and there was ONE towel in the bathroom. Never returning as there is more hotels that are more accessible and comfortable for less.

Cuartos muy incómodos, sucios, un olor muy desagradable, staff súper groseros y mucho ruido hasta las 3am tuvimos que hacer check out días antes perdiendo la reservación muy lejos del centro

Property said it was very close to multiple tourist attractions but onces arriving it was false, room was very far and a bit sketchy. There was no hot water or warm water at all we weren’t able to shower and no ac. Service was very poor

Clean rooms and great staff

El lugar es bonito, con una estética agradable y un ambiente acogedor. Sin embargo, las condiciones de confort dejaron mucho que desear. A pesar del calor, ninguna ventana se podía abrir, lo que hacía que la ventilación fuera insuficiente. Además, el ventilador disponible solo arrojaba aire caliente, lo que dificultaba descansar. Las camas resultaron ser bastante duras y las almohadas incómodas, lo que hizo que dormir fuera complicado. A pesar de estos inconvenientes, quiero destacar la amabilidad del personal, quienes siempre estuvieron atentos y brindaron un trato excepcional.

Not centered, 10 minute driving from the tour point. Rooms are basic, no temp control, USB port and hair drier. Breakfast is very limited coffee and pancake only. Lost breakfast ticket means no breakfast. Loud sound from the street and next room.

Cancelaron mi reservación sin avisarme, cuando llegue la recepcionista fue muy grosera y no me ofrecieron soluciones.

Todo muy bien, pequeño problema su estacionamiento llega el momento que no tiene sobra ni un punto de el, será mejor un área techada, Porque el calor estaba sofocante. Buen servicio, excelente trato y buena ubicación.

La propiedad ya es muy vieja y huele a humedad la verdad las habitaciones no son como en las foto reserve y al ver la habitación, mi familia y yo preferimos retirarnos y regresar a casa muy mala experiencia
