The hotel itself was clean, and the staff were very friendly. Its location was wonderful.

My room was meticulously cleaned and smelled good. The place is beautiful and very spacious. I would book this place to stay here again. It’s also located next to a mall with designer shopping. There are tons of delicious bakeries and restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood felt safe.

Friendly staff ,, very big room with living and kitchen area ,, very clean room ,, the bedroom is spacious and the bed is comfortable but no TV ,, only TV in the living area 😞😞,,, the bathroom is very very small only good thing is that the shower has good water pressure ,, safe neighborhood in front of palacio de hierro perf for shopping ,, will be back 😉

The Housekeeping service was terrible, the attitude of the cleaning lady as well as the housekeeping manager was insane. I had to go look for them in order for them to clean our room. honestly, I had big expectations on this place to stay, but I am very disappointed with the results. I really encourage you to do something about it.

Great self-service hotel. Modern, clean. Has a nice gym. Would stay there again. The downsides were that there is only one elevator and it didn’t work for 2 days, and the rooms can be noisy because of people coming and going in the hallways.

Very Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price We were very disappointed with our stay at Utopic Platón by ULIV. It was never mentioned anywhere that the unit is located below basement level (minus 2). This is something guests should be clearly informed about. For the price they charge, there are definitely much better options available. The room itself was acceptable, but the overall experience was not. One of the neighbors was smoking marijuana, and the smoke and strong smell came directly into our room on the last night, making it very uncomfortable. The entire building is bare concrete with no proper insulation, so you can hear every movement and noise from other units, very loud and far from relaxing. Overall, far too expensive for what they offer, and we will definitely not return.
