Good location

The room was clean and the staff was very easy to work with. The area is a little busy but perfect if you want to be in the middle of everything. Also access to the metrobus is very convenient.

The location is the best. The place is big and spacious and super clean. Love the place and Edgar at the front desk was amazing help. He deserves an increase salary for being a great host. Muchas gracias Will be back again soon

The building makes a strong first impression. The common areas feel well-maintained and inviting, which initially raised my expectations for the stay. Unfortunately, the experience in the room didn’t match that standard. The housekeeping service was consistently unreliable. Despite placing the “make my room” sign on the door multiple times, my room was often not cleaned unless I reached out to the front desk—sometimes more than once. This happened repeatedly during my stay, which became frustrating. Another issue was the temperature control. The heat in the room can become overwhelming, and the fans provided don’t do much to improve the situation. At times, it felt uncomfortably hot—almost like a sauna—which made it difficult to relax. Overall, while the building itself is appealing, the lack of dependable housekeeping and poor temperature control significantly impacted my stay.

Very modern, upscale type of property. Very well located with many trendy restaurants and stores. Very walkable to many points of interest. The only downside for the unit that I rented was no Air conditioning and no fans.

Had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for sightseeing, and the place staff was friendly. Rooms were clean at some point, just needed to go a little deeper under the sofas, we found a lot of dust and even a dry peace of lime. Place is spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. I highly recommend it! Just one thing, there were two guys at front desk and none were helping with my luggage since there’re stairs from the street to get down to front desk.

This property is new and partially still under some construction. Everything was as expected, clean, friendly staff with 24 hour front desk. Very walkable to many places near the Roma Norte and Reforma. Very close to public transit.

I gotta say, locating is great. Really clean and nice. Staff is amazing they go the extra mile. Things i didnt like was we only had hot water to shower for like 10 min and then super cold, no sheets for the sofa bed and only 1 control for the 2 tv's. I would rent here again and i do recommend it

The water situation was atrocious! We had to schedule showers in increments of 30 minutes for a party of 4 adults as that was how long it took to get hot water. Equally, I had to text to get toilet paper, clean towels etc. I requested an extra blanket and was told I could only get ONE. We were provided with an 8 by 10 small heater. Despite this, the location of the hotel was a huge plus. The metro and other eateries were near by. Edgar in the front desk was the only pleasant person I encountered ;(

This a mixed review, while the facilities are great, modern and set on the right direction, the staff they have is terrible, at least their security department; rude and with no sense of privacy. Mexico has one of the worst policies regarding data protection, they will TAKE A PICTURE OF YOUR ID, and refuse to delete it for “security reasons”. I’ve been from pole to pole and never seen this procedure, so your data is out there for everyone in their circle, these people don’t look like they will maintain the building secure even if it was invaded by kids. Awful treatment by them. The facilities are great, the around area is well located but the experience suffers from their awful staff.
