Quite clean and comfortable, good service.

The hotel was hot, but the AC wasn't cooling. The staff didn't offer a solution to the room complaints. I complained several times about the AC not cooling, but the staff didn't care. In the end, I didn't stay, haha.

Hotelnya panas, AC tidak dingin. Karyawannya tidak memberi solusi dengan kamar yang sudah dikomplain customer. Sudah berapa kali diprotes AC tidak dingin tapi karyawannya bodo amat. Akhirnya tidak jadi menginap, haha.

Overall satisfied with the service, the location is quite strategic.

The location is very strategic for those who like malls and exploring food, for the facilities please improve, when there are many guests the hot water doesn't work but overall it's okay, they were given instant noodles yesterday too 👌

Lokasinya strategis banget buat yang suka mal dan explore makanan, buat fasilitas mohon ditingkatkan, pas tamunya ramai air panasnya ga nyala but overall okelah dikasih pop mie juga kemarin pas 👌
