We travelled out for a week long stay. Staff were great through the entire week. Beautiful hotel, great location, great amenities, and breakfast was fantastic.

My only concern is I could not have fresh air rather than the AC

Brief stay for one night but great stay, new and clean hotel, black out blinds were best ever I’ve had in a hotel son 4 year old was able to get to sleep no problem! Good breakfast selection.

hotel is new and clean. Bar food menu doesn’t have a large selection yet but was informed that will come once they get more busy. Food on the menu though was very good.

Was a new place and everything was so nice. The staff w.as excellent Tori and Dave were excellent people to deal with. Also met the manager and he was excellent also.

The staff was amazing!! Super friendly and showed us around the hotel. The room was clean. The beds and pillows were soft. There was a bar but I don't drink so never used it. The pool was heated and only 4 feet deep ( great for kids ). The breakfast was really good. Lots to choose from, yogurt, bacon, eggs, pancakes, ect. From now on I am only staying there when in Thunder Bay.

Very clean and great staff

Our experience was incredible. The manager on duty that evening was amazing got us taken care of and when our room type was not available upgraded up to make our trip better. They also have a special little package for our dog which we loved how much they thought of him to.

Great location right off the highway. New hotel, very clelan, terrific workout area. Secure elevator. Quiet rooms with newer climate control features. Free breakfast had many delicious options.

Room are nice

The rooms were exceptionally clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable! Hotel was extremely quiet. Would highly recommend.

Amazing short stay. We traveled with our 2 kids and it was a great stay! Clean, and maintained, lovely staff.

They do not provide nor do they tell you towel service, and bed are not done changed daily. I had To call for fresh towels, and toilet paper. Hotel itself is new and room as clean. Staff was very friendly. I would stay there again

It was greatest

Super nice employees, very clean, all new and well Maintained. Great beds and room amenities. Will be staying here for all my Thunder Bay trips. Some gluten free options for breakfast would be great but I got by with the eggs, bacon and fruit no problem.

This is a beautiful new property. We had dinner in their bar/ restaurant and it was really good food and drinks. The dinner was abit pricy but for us the convenience was worth it. We will defiantly return.
