Our stay at Hotel Casa Ensanada was fantastic! Monica, Alejandra, and Rodrigo made us feel like family when we were there. They helped arrange transportation to/from the airport and had great local restaurant recommendations. The location is great with many restaurants and cafes nearby, but was still very quiet at night. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast was a fantastic way to start the day (especially the bottomless coffee, thank you Monica!!!). Highly recommend Hotel Casa Ensanada!

Monica and everyone at Casa Ensenada are so welcoming. It is a lovely little hotel in a fantastic neighbourhood. A small but sufficient breakfast is available daily. Room and everywhere was always very clean. But the staff lead by Monica is easily the reason to stay here. Always attentive, helpful and cheerful. Truly felt like they enjoy having you stay with them.

I would give our stay ten stars if possible. The staff is wonderful, the room was large & comfortable with all needed amenities, wifi worked great & the breakfast was an added plus. It’s also on a quiet side street & in a lovely neighborhood. We’ll definitely stay here on our next visit.

My stay was absolutely wonderful in every respect. The staff was remarkable, the location perfect and the Casa is beautiful and well maintained. If you are planning to stay in Contessa this is the place! Cannot recommend a better way to spend time in Mexico City then to stay here and enjoy the warm welcome from everyone at the place.

Hotel Casa Ensenada is a charming 6 room luxury quest house in recently renovated home on a quiet street in the Condessa region. The host, Monica, is a gem and committed to providing a most relaxing experience. The hotel is in walking distance to many wonderful dining sites in Condessa or a short uber ride to Roma. If you want a quiet, service first experience in a great city I would recommend this spot very highly.

Beautiful elegant hotel, newly renovated, with a pleasant courtyard to relax in and have breakfast. Great service, Monica even offered to give us an early breakfast when we had an early departure.

The service was actually the best service i have experienced in any hotel in my life, guessing well over 100 of them. Small boutique, mabe 7-10 rooms, intimate and well located Highly recommended

We were so impressed with this property, the wonderful owner and staff. They are incredibly kind and went out of their way on numerous occasions to make us feel comfortable and happy. I have stayed at many places around the world and these people are top. The property and rooms are gorgeous. Treat yourself and stay here.

The service was beyond excellent - as a solo traveler, I felt so taken care of and safe. Condesa is a wonderful area, perfect for coming home to after a day of sightseeing. The room, amenities and service from the whole staff, led by Monica, was superb. I couldn't recommend this hotel more!
