This property is nice and maintained, but they had no hand towels or wash rags available. I spent 3 of 5 days without wash rags. I had to use a hand towel. The towels were gray and dingy they did not have enough for the hotel . They didn’t have any extra in the linen closet how very disappointing. It is very warm and humid in Panama. The least someone would expect would be able to do is bath once probably twice a day but with no rags from a four star hotel. Well that’s unacceptable!

Was in a good location. Clean spacious room. Comfortable bed. Rooftop area with chairs/ loungers/ jacuzzi (cool water temp, perfect because it was hot and humid). Spiral staircase was a bit weird, and had to use them to get to the bedroom. Touch keypad for room door was very convenient.

The hotel is great. It's in a perfect location for exploring the Old Town and is very walkable. The only problem is the check-in because Hotels.com is supposed to send you a code to check in, and both times we stayed here they did not, so check-in took a while. There seems to be a disconnect between the Hotels.com process and the local process.

Absolutely wonderful in every way!! Such a peaceful and relaxing spot to light after flying all day. Quaint old town with boutique shops and rooftop dining. A MUST DO!!!

This is such a charming place to stay. The rooms are so unique, yet so inviting. The location is superb for visiting the Casco Viejo area. The view is fantastic. We loved enjoying our complimentary bottle of wine on the deck outside our room. I can't wait to stay here again!!

Beautiful room, French food at the restaurant was amaaaazing. Even had a violin player one night. Staff were super helpful. The rooftop wasn’t used much but you could tell the staff kept eyes on it. Perfect location for everything in Casco.

Excellent location in the most tourist part of Panama City, Casco Antiguo. Safe area, local to everything, and a beautiful hotel.

One Word! Extraordinary!!

Everything was excellent with top notch accommodations. A 5 Star Hotel with a boutique Perisian feel and a wonderful view of the famous Sofitel Casco Viejo Legend Hotel!! The only complaint was the TV in the main living room area didn't have any sound! HOT Water & AC were wonderful! We had a complimentary bottle of wine in our room with complimentary drinks at the bar!!

Exceptional location, this is not only a hotel its a complete experience. If you are tired of lame and boring hotels and want to really stay in a boutique hotel stay here hands down. If you have a car, there is a parking lot just next yo the hotel adding convince since parking in this area is extremely hard. The service is incredible which is not very comon in panama, so its a huge plus. I would definitely come back and stay here.

If you travel to Panama, you HAVE to stay in Casco Antiguo/Casco Viejo. This hotel was INCREDIBLE! Each room is so unique, full of one of a kind antique furniture. The building itself is very old and really well restored and maintained but because it's so old, some things like the doors wouldn't always shut properly but the staff helped us when we asked about something to be fixed. Our room was so big, clean, and comfortable, we actually wanted to spend time in it. The bed was nice and firm like we like it. Our view out our balcony was spectacular. The air conditioning was perfect. The room just had so much character like every tiny detail was beautiful. Made me want to live there. I would definitely go back!

Lovely clean room in an excellent location. Only complaint was the bed was very firm so hard to have a good night sleep. The roof top was a bonus and balcony overlooking the Main Street and ocean was lovely, worth the extra upgrade. Very luxurious would stay again

What a special place! Very reasonable rate for an amazing location. 2 level suite was sweet! Love the decor. The staff and restuarant/bar is magnificent in every way!

Pros: Adrian at the front desk is friendly; the hotel is very conveniently located and the building is gorgeous; beautiful decor. Clean room and comfy bed, so we slept very well. We loved using a code instead of a key! Cons: The room was in good condition but it lacks basic safety and practical items, for example, there was no folding thingy to place our suitcase so we had to use the desk. The tub was hip-height with no handle to get in and no anti-slip surface so it took a lot of thought to get into and out of the tub. No hooks to hang towels. Service was typical Panamanian service, meaning it was bad. We asked at least three times to have our room cleaned and the bed made. Nothing. They pegged it to us not hanging the Please Make Up This Room sign at the door (which we did). Throughout Panama, though, that's how service is. You can ask for something and it will often not be done or will only get done after many requests.

Hotel bem localizado, limpo, bom atendimento.

La Habitación estaba limpia pero tienen problemas con el agua en la ducha ya que cae muy poca. Mantienen poco personal pero el que hay es muy amable y no ofrecen desayunos.

El hotel muy bonito y super buen ubicado. Las personas muy amables y super duspuestas a ayudar. Lo recomiendo bastante.
