Beautiful historic property with a great restaurant.

Just stay here! Weve been travelling all over norway and i must say this was actually the best hotel we reserved. Beautiful original rooms, huge bath, impecable breakfast (must try their croissant and home made nutella). Oh and grab their strawberries too! The food was 10/10 we had dinner there every single night, and our server “Miko” was the best guide ever.

Beautiful room in a great location. The owners were fantastically helpful. Breakfast was absolutely scrumptious. Dinner was as also very good. Would absolutely return.

Great place to stay, beautiful hotel. We stayed in one of the family rooms in the adjacent red building which was spacious for 4 adults. The car charger and washing machine (and drying room) made our stay very comfortable and stressless. Breakfast was delicious. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anybody wishing to stay in or around Stryn.

Authentic and historic property with the room size and service of a luxury hotel and the personality of a B&B. Great location for short drives to amazing places! Food was very good as well. Truly enjoyed our stay completely!

A wonderful place to stay! Our room was very comfortable and clean! Visnes is a quaint place with wonderful history dating back to 1850s! The buffet and dinners were excellent! The staff was very gracious!

Hotel is fantastic and a historic part of Stryn. The food is excellent. They have so many homemade or locally sourced goods. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into making your experience there be a lasting memory.

Very nice hotel. We stayed in a family room in the barn which was very comfortable for three adults. Breakfast was excellent with delicious homemade bread, jams, and pate. Also very good croissants. Highly recommend this hotel!

Es toda una una experiencia, es verdad que la estructura es vieja y cruje todo, pero no tuvimos problemas para dormir. Cenamos en el restaurante y la comida estuvo muy rica, el personal fue amable en todo momento. Sin duda me volvería a quedar aquí.

Sehr stilvolles historisches Haus. Aber: Zimmer im dritten Stock nur über steile Treppe erreichbar. Sehr ich ein in einem historischen Gebäude, aber dann sollte man den Gösten wenigstens Hilfe beim Gepäck anbieten. Zimmer zur Straße hin und sehr laut. Zu teuer für das was geboten wird. Restaurant und Frühstück sehr gut.
