Clean, every amenity you would need. Heart of shinjuku, walking distance to everything. Definitely recommend

We loved this property with space for the whole family. Very convenient location, close to the subway, restaurants and 7-11. Very clean and communication was easy and responsive.

We loved staying here! 7/11 is 30 seconds away so easy to grab a quick breakfast. Train stations are a 5/10 min walk away. The room itself is huge and great if you like to hang out at your hotel. The in room laundry was extremely helpful for us, and the room was clean. It’s a bit tucked away in location, which we loved because it was quieter at night! Definitely recommend this, whether you have two people or five!

Beautiful and spacious apartment near all the shopping and restaurants one can hope from Shinjuku. Subway station one block away. Very clean with great amenities. It was an excellent experience!

The location was perfect. The only cons were that the washer and dryer were a bit slow, they didn’t have a place to store luggage after checkout for guests with late flights, and the bed was a bit hard.

The location was great and the room was spacious and well equipped. The beds were incredibly hard and uncomfortable. Probably ok for a short stay but we struggled for a week long stay. Also it was unclear in the listing that this is an unmanned hotel. Not an issue unless you need luggage storage or want to transfer luggage between hotels.

Amazing location and superb new room. Perfect for a family of 4 and exactly where you want to be in Tokyo. We’ll be back for sure!

My family of 5 (3 teenagers) stayed in one of the larger flats and it was terrific. Spacious, clean, well appointed, new, and conveniently located. Check in is fully digital and you need to follow their instructions before you arrive - pay attention. Otherwise, this is a great hotel and we really enjoyed staying there.

Absolutely loved this apartment hotel. We walked in and the room smelled so good. Great amount of space for my family of four especially considering the standard for the surrounding area. Super clean and within walking distance of the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku and Golden Gais. Close to subway station and 7/11 is 300 ft away. One issue is the bed is hard but overall would highly recommend 10/10 experience.

Floor beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable as we are not used to sleeping on such hard surfaces. Room was very warm but because you sleep on the floor it gets really cold at night Very spacious room. Located on side street so generally quiet, but when someone races there it becomes extremely noisy. There is a massive green exit sign above the door that’s always on and it’s extremely bright plus there are some other annoying bright lights on the ceiling that can’t be turned off. If bathroom door is kept closed the bathroom becomes very cold as there is on heating in there. English instruction to the washing machine would be very helpful as 15 minute cold cycle (that what they want you to use) does nothing.

Our first hotel and visit to Japan, the Illi property was beautiful, clean and perfect for our family. We used the washer/dryer daily (which was HUGE for a family with small kids), and loved the kitchen amenities. The space was large and allowed our family to unwind after a long day of walking and exploring. Highly Recommend.

The room was clean, check in was seamless and the communication with staff was great. However, I feel I was misled for it was not quiet at all. There was construction work all three nights we were there at a neighbouring property that clearly had been going on a while and will continue to go on a while. We had sleepless nights as this construction work went on well past 11pm. There was also a strange scent when your heating was turned on.

Not your traditional hotel, but this is a quality stay! It is not a suite, it’s a small apartment. They left laundry detergent, earplugs etc. It is self check in but they use that person at the desk savings to provide quality. It’s also at an amazing location. Walking distance to everything!
