Parking is a bit cramped, especially if you can get parking in the basement. If you want to exit, you have to contact other guests first because the car is blocked, preventing you from exiting. It's a bit inconvenient for other guests. But overall, it's very good.

While on my tour of West Sumatra, I stayed at this hotel for one night. My child left his phone behind. I called the front desk and found out he had left it behind, and they kept it until my brother picked it up. Thank you for your service, Alesha Hotel. Continued success.

It was quite worth staying here. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The room was comfortable, but not soundproof. Until midnight, I could hear the room next door chatting noisily :( so it disturbed my sleep. But, so far so good, it's also close to the Clock Tower and other tourist attractions.
