Very neat and clean room

This is a great place if you’re in the Toronto area and staying for the first time. The staff is friendly and takes care of the customers. It is not far from Malton station and the airport. It’s in a perfect spot to go to the city everyday and come back to enjoy the local area. The hotel is extremely clean and the rooms are beautiful! I highly recommend.

nice parking and location

Tv doesn't work well it works with internet and connections are very poor,so you can only watch after 1 am, nobody at front desk for the days I stayed except for when I checked in

The room was so cute and very comfortable. Was just a two night stay but enjoyed the hotel. Plenty of restaurants in the area but very quite. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. I arrived late and they came right away to check me in. Had difficulty with the remote and they helped quickly. Overall it was a great stay.

Clean room, they didn't include any blankets for the couch bed, and there was no front staff to assist with this, front staff is not available after a certain time in the evening. Minor issue but worth noting.

We arrived at midnight no one is by the door we called. They said that they already canceled. , no refund , we have to book another hotel !
