All great but reception staff. Everything else very good. Location, clean , room , housekeeping staff . Additional pool and steam and spa

This hotel really surprised me for the better! We mainly booked in order to have a separate bedroom for the kids, but since it was cheap, I decided to book the all-inclusive, not sure if it could really include our dinner. It did and it was good! Highlights: - Best all-inclusive deal ever! Nice food with something for everyone at every meal and self-serve fountain drinks including beer and wine. - The pool area was also nice with a modern stainless steel pool, loungers, etc. (We didn't use the saunas, but I'm guessing they were nice or at least fine.) - In general, the lobby is nice and I really liked the restaurant setup - there is regular indoor seating, but also an indoor-outdoor greenhouse-type area, outdoor seating with a sun cover, and a few tables outdoor in the light. Very comfy. :-) You can also lounge out on the deck in the sun or shade during the day and grab a drink from the food area so it felt very welcoming and open. - Staff was friendly and welcoming Our room was still a WIP, I'm guessing: - Fine and looked like the pictures - generally about what I was expecting, but older oak (?) furniture & typical hotel carpeting. - The bed in the kids' room was really hard - the one in the main room had boxspring mattresses, but the other was okay for kids, but not really for adults - The room had a weird cut with a huge (nicely updated!) bathroom - we had a shower, bathtub, toilet and 2 sinks, plus a second "powder room" with toilet & sink - Huge balcony in our case :)

Great food, staff are nice and accommodating

Very calm and nice area. Very close to sigmond thun. We had booked mountain view room with balcony and it was spectacular. Breakfast was good with plenty of veg options.

Allowed to check in early, lovely staff. The all inclusive was a bonus with on tap soft drinks, beer and wine. The food was really good too. Would love to stay again. The pool and spa area was a nice treat as well.

Veldig bra hotell etter prisen å dømme. God mat, rent og trivelig betjening. Anbefales!

Schone kamer . Goed gegeten in avond en ochtend. Jammer dat kamer niet op aankomsttijd gereed was. Dit is niet fijn dat je nog hierop moet wachten na lange reis

Het hotel ligt net buiten het centrum, is makkelijk te bereiken en heeft voldoen parkeer opties. Je kunt met een korte wandeling zo naar het dorp lopen. Het hotel is netjes en schoon. Vriendelijk personeel. Voldoende keuze in het restaurant en bij het ontbijt. De kamer was eenvoudig maar schoon. De bedden zijn erg zacht en de kussen mega dun en zacht. Daar moet je van houden.

War ein gelungener Zwischenstopp

La chambre spacieuse mais semblait très vieille. Les meubles sont aussi d'une autre époque. L'insonorisation est aussi catastrophique. Le choix ainsi que la qualité du petit déjeuner laisse à désirer... Facile de se garer, personnel très gentil, bon emplacement. Vue côté montagne

Quarto era simples, não tinha nada de utilidades como shampoo, touca de banho, frigobar, etc, mas tamanho bom, chuveiro bom. Está localizado fora do centro de Kaprun. O que compensou muito foi o café da manhã, que é excepcional, muito variado, com alimentos de ótima qualidade.

ALL INKLUSIVE war einfach in Ordnung! Ich kann wirklich empfehlen!
