The family room I used was clean, new, and the staff friendly. Adding hangers or a small wardrobe would be great, and the towels would be more absorbent. Other than that, it was excellent.

My first time staying here for four nights. The most memorable aspect of my stay was the friendliness and responsiveness of all the staff in providing customer service. The room and area were very clean, highly recommended. The soundproofing needs improvement, as the frame in room 107 is very loose from the door. Also, the placement of bottles and shampoo could be made a little lower for Asians. If you're interested in staying here, don't hesitate to contact the staff regarding late breakfast, even if you arrive early in the morning before check-out, you can take it home. The staff are really great with their service. Oh, and they also cooperate with us if we need a group trip. Yesterday, we went to Ijen with a group trip from the receptionist and were very satisfied. They also provide motorbike rentals if you need one.

At first, I was surprised because the room was already occupied, but after further investigation, the staff member gave me the wrong key. After I explained, the staff member admitted they gave me the wrong room. Luckily, I'd only just checked in my suitcase and hadn't used it yet. Although small, the homestay was quite clean.

The place is comfortable, close to the station, quite spacious, and clean. Upon check-in, the type I booked was sold out, so I was upgraded to a family room without paying extra. The staff is friendly, and there's free unlimited coffee and tea. It was a really comfortable stay. The only downside is that the lobby area is a bit hot, as it's semi-outdoor. The welcome snack was delicious.
