250,000 won't be a waste. The water heater is per room, the rooms aren't too cramped, and the parking lot is quite large, so parking isn't too tight. There's an elevator—where else for 250,000? But there's no smoking room; you have to go downstairs to smoke. The bathrooms and showers are decent. The toilets aren't that far from the roadside, only 200-300 meters away, and the Indomaret Point is 500-700 meters away. But maybe because it's so new, everything is still in good condition. If it's properly maintained, it should last.
